The swimming pool and terrace.- Very nice cats family.

The room was very simple.- A bit excentrated versus the restaurants road (10/15 minutes walk)

Nerissa is a lovely hotel, very peaceful with a lovely pool surrounded by sun loungers and a hotel restaurant and bar. It has plenty of grassy areas and trees leading to a tranquil vibe. It was a perfect escape for a couple of nights with my husband and one year old. The staff were amazing, there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious - eggs, vegetables, fruit, toast with jams etc.

The only thing that could have been a little bit better could have been the comfort of our room at night. The air conditioning wasn't working at it's best which meant the room was very hot, especially for our one year old. One small improvement that I can think of is an option to provide a fan if needed. Other than this though, we really enjoyed our stay.

This has got to be the most beautiful place for a stay in Cirali. There are serene and well-kept gardens all around the private rooms, and a large and beautiful pool. Every room has a porch, and there are lovely gazebos and hammocks outside where you can read, meditate, enjoy the silence or catch a glimpse of an occasional peacock. There's a big pool that's really fun to hang out with and most guests don't take advantage of, so we had it (almost) all to ourselves when we went swimming.

The room itself was a bit disappointing. The pillows were lumpy and the curtains were too small to keep the light out in the morning. We had a teapot in the room, but no mugs, cups, coffee or tea.

Beautiful setting, the pool and the gardens were beautiful and super relaxing to be around. The villa was basic as expected, but spacious, clean, comfortable, good air con and shower. Mohammed and his team are friendly, hard workers, they have a lot of work to do and if you need anything, just ask and they would quickly sort it out for you. Enjoyed fresh fruit and pancakes every morning. It's a beautiful peaceful place where you can really unwind. Bikes needed or taxi's into town. Can walk to beach in the early morning in 10 mins, to have a quiet sunrise swim before it gets too hot (in Aug).

The food in the restaurant could be better.

The sprinklers that watered the grass sprayed onto the walkways so we would get very wet coming from our room. Also many cats that demanded attention when you were eating. We love cats but others may not.

beautiful landscaping, with a nice pool. the cabin was spacious and rather comfortable. the restaurant/bar offered some very good dishes.

-5 minutes to get hot water in the shower-Big water leak stain on the ceiling-Breakfast isn’t very good, and past 10pm everything is empty-Staff don’t wear uniforms, not even a polo or a badge.Sometimes you’re not even sure who even works here-Water fountain is left empty most of the day-Rooster and hens everywhere, it’s funny but noisy as hell at 4am-One day we came back from the restaurant to find all of our towels gone for mysterious reasons-Staff barely speaks any English -The restaurant is pretty bad

There was no water glass to drink water at breakfast. You drink water with cartoon cup.

The most beautiful gardens I’ve ever seen, love the cats and chickens but sadly when the tourist get quiet they may not get food?

Excellent staff, very good food, piece and quiet at the territory. Hotel has it’s own beach and restaurant there at the beach (La vita).

A bit far from the hotel’s beach, but we had transfer from the hotel - and we were very happy with that.

Hotel has a nice garden and pool area to chill. Bathrooms were spacious and clean.Free sun beds are offered at the beach (at La Vita Restaurant) for hotel guests.

Staff was not friendly, and had no interaction with us during our 5 day stay, which did not match our expectations. The description states free bike availability, but when we asked the staff said they don't have bikes, and referred us to rent them at the center of Çıralı. Breakfast was extensive, but quality of the food was quite poor. Maybe there can be less cheese but with better quality.

The hotel area is really beautiful, the gardener is doing a great job at making it look like a magic space.

Covid restrictions were ignored. Some of the staff was not very friendly. They hit cats with a broom at breakfast which was horrible to see.

Super breakfast. Nice rooms in blooming fresh garden, big territory with lots of trees. Pleasant to stay, relaxed atmosphere. Good yoga halls.Anyway i would recommend this place to stay. Not far from sea - exactly 1 km, good to walk.

- when we arrived stuff wasn’t welcoming at all. maybe too relaxed?..))- swimming pool closing time - 7 p.m.- wild cats on our balcony - we couldn’t open door - mama cat and her kittens were hissing on us. and were sleeping on chairs (and our clothes).- i would prefer less sound of music near restaurant/swimming pool area- menu for dinner is very poor(( so we went to eat to another restaurant nearby

The staff is nice, smiley and trying to solve problems you come with. Most of the hotel's workers know Russian (it is a lot of people from Russia coming there to stay).The food and the bar is pretty good as well, I was satisfied with the breakfast.

The hotel is located in the northernmost part of the village (approx 3 km from the "center"). Returning back at night in not very comfortable.Wifi doesn't work well at all, I barely had 1 of 5 points of connection in my room, it was dropping constantly.If you need hot water you have to wait for 5-10 mins until boilers start to work. In the end you get it but it's not really hot, probably just warm. Considering cold evenings and nights in early April that's really uncomfortable, especially when other hotels/apartments provide bathroom with really hot water without any waiting.The same with the condition system - it's warm only when you stand right under a conditioner. Other places of the room remain cold.The last problem: it's noisy, really noisy, you hear every sound from the outside. Especially annoying when you hear constantly working conditioners of other rooms. Mechanical sounds without stop can leave you without sleep.

The beautiful garden surroundings, many pomegranates on the trees, a tranquil location, the staff (Timur, Aika, Serdar) are very nice and helpful. Note, it's better to rent a bicycle to get around the village.

Hotel bicycles need to be upgraded. The ones provided are old and rusty. Also lost and found management could be better. We forgot an item in the room after check out, informed the hotel about it the same day, agreed that it will be shipped to us by post, but a week later the item was lost at reception and we were told that the janitor threw it away.
