Room service poor, sauna/spa area too small & smelly , poor lighting

This is a lovely spot. It's a relaxing and cozy setting. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets. We also enjoyed having a drink and playing a game in the WIRTSSTUBE after dinner. The wellness area included in the stay was a really nice bonus.

The wellness area was a bit dated and had a little musty smell, but that didn't take away from our enjoyment of it.

The Breakfast was good, surrounding was good. Nice area around, calm and restfull.

Beds could be more comfortable, cleanliness could be better.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent so much to choose from we did not know what to start with i was great, room was very good.

The weather. Every else was great

The hotel situated next to the forest, beautiful area with a nice view. The wellness and the massage is perfect, we definitely go back in another season. The staff is really kind, the breakfast is one of the best we had in Germany. They accept dogs!

The internet is very slow, and our room was not the renovated one, little bit worn ( but the view was the compensation).

Location excellent. The variety and choices were also very good, as was the service. The buffet options were very well presented and fresh and clean. The food was sometimes too sweet, but this might be because of my English pallet.

When I booked I was told what the price per night was going to be. When I checked the bill that I had already paid and left for the journey home I found that I had been charged extra for one of the nights (Friday). As I was not told, a refund would be a reasonable expectation?

Breakfast is well. But we had to sit same table, every day. We couldnt understandy why. Location is good, area is silenced and nature.

Reception did its best. After all, they're just working. They removed negativities as much as they could. I can only thank them for this experience. I think the hotel management is not doing some things right. Restoration cannot and should not start at 8 am. It's not a romantic place. We did not have an experience that would feel romantic. The fire place wasnt working. The pool area and sauna area were very adequate, but they were not active at the appointed
