Pros +
- Perfect location close to ski lift, easy access from the main road. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, definitely one of the best hotels to take in consideration if you are planning a ski trip in the region.
- Location
- Great location and facilities if you are going to the bike parks in the area. Locker room to leave your bike inside and a friendly and accomodating staff. I have been here 3 times and I will come some more. Breakfast included is good value.
Cons -
- There was nothing to dislike.
- There is only one electric car charger, which is poorly managed by the hotel. During the weekend I was there I saw 4 electric cars out of 12 in the parking lot, but only 1 charger that was all the time (off course) in use. For god sake, a charger doesn’t cost much these days, specially for a hotel that is, by the way, located in a city that is well behind in charging infrastructure.
- When you have one reservation for multiple rooms the self check-in allows to process one room at the time which takes some time. Would be handy to have someone at the reception during the day to address any tech issues.

Great location and facilities if you are going to the bike parks in the area. Locker room to leave your bike inside and a friendly and accomodating staff. I have been here 3 times and I will come some more. Breakfast included is good value.
The self check-in was pretty easy because we had the reservation in advance and it was already in the system. The tech issue that we had with our booking was handled very smooth and we did not face any issues, thanks to the hotel's stuff.

Perfect location at the walking distance to the ski lift of the one and only ski slope that had snow (artificial one) during our stay. Everything is crispy new and clean. Amazing friendly staff. Great breakfasts included in the price. Pet-friendly.
We like the hotel very much clean good breakfast and close to the lifts no problem taking your pet with you which is a great plusThe nice thing is the automatic check-inWe'll be back for sure
The only downside is the lack of smart tv in the rooms come on there is a TV and the internet had a problem with connecting applications such as Netflix
very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff
nothing much all was fine
very good location, extremely clean and a very friendly and helpful staff. highly recommended
friendly staff and clean.
Wonderful team, very careful and nice. Breakfast was excellent and the attention to details as we spent Christmas in the hotel was very nice.
One thing though could be improved, even though the hotel is clearly sport focused being close to ski ramps, not everyone can totally disconnect from the job and having a place where one could work for couple hours doesn't harm the property and allows guests to take care of things. Same as to have a comfortable place where one could read, not everyone goes skiing!
The free gluwhein and fruit punsch are a nice touch.
Perfect location for the bike park and delicious breakfast
