The managing team. Simone, Antonio and Lili were not just delivering but making sure our requests were fulfilled.

The hotel is perfect!!From the minute we arrived the staff made us feel at home with the most personal and cozy experience.For example, they made us a specific list of things to do in the area and offered us a special movie night in the hotel guest room.It was over the top and our best host experience yet. They really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food is great and diverse, one of the best we tasted in Austria. In addition, the hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with a high level of attention to details. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, this just what you dream of in the Austrian Alps, quiet, cosy and friendly, with great service by the staff and excellent food. Originally we had planned to go out for dinner every night, but ended up staying eating deliciously in the hotel restaurant every single night. Highly recommended.

I rarely feel compelled to rate my stay unless it is exceptional and the Wachtelhof hotel is exactly that, exceptional. The hotel is beautifully done and the room is big and spacious. The staff is incredible and they go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food is delicious and we ended up having dinner everyday at the hotel despite having the intention to try some other restaurants in the areas. We were here to ski and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The only regret is not staying longer.

Amazing hotel, beautiful luxury interiors, spectacular spa which was the perfect end to each day after skiing, incredible extensive breakfast, friendly happy staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The location of the hotel is perfect for using all the local ski lifts, ski shop/hire, restaurants and bus access to other ski areas nearby. It was a truly magical stay in an authentic Austrian village with stunning scenery, rivers lakes and waterfall walks if you want a break from skiing.

An exceptional place where attention to detail is paramount. The service, room, spa, and above all, the restaurant are top-notch. We've been to many places and always choose new ones. This is probably the only place where I wouldn't change anything and would gladly return. Thank you for creating a home away from home for a few days.
