Pros +
- The staff's friendliness and how much heart they put into running the hotel are truly remarkable. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. (I've been going to the mountains for years, but I’ve never stayed this close to the slopes with such convenience. We were here with kids, and being able to quickly move from the slopes to the warmth of the hotel was amazing—anyone with a 3.5-year-old will understand exactly what I mean!)It's also great that there's a pool in the hotel.Last but not least, the food is excellent. There’s also a beautiful ski room and convenient parking right at the hotel.
- Excellent food, great chef. Very pleasant service in the restaurant, Czech speaking. The hotel was very quiet, nice place, very convenient location for trips to the mountains.
- The staff is very nice and the surroundings and views are great! The service at the restaurant at dinner time was excellent and the food very good!
Cons -
- Although the meals were amazing, the number of courses sometimes felt like too much for us.Our 6.5-year-old and 3.5-year-old kids had trouble waiting for all the courses to be served.
- Nothing. Everything great

Great hotel with very kind staff and excellent dinners! The spa is also very nice and clean. It was our second stay and we will come back again! The regular rooms are a bit small, but the apartman was amazing!
