Food was just ok and restaurant service was not welcoming

The hotel is overall good. The spa is very nice, the food is nice and the team try to accommodate any dietary needs . The room was comfortable with the exception of the unusual bathroom where the sink is pretty much in the shower. If Wifi is important to you this is poor. The staff are friendly but the service at dinner and the bar is a bit disorganised so be patient.

Spacious rooms, nice design, well laid out, very convenient for skiing (skibus stops right outside skiroom door). With an excellent breakfast!

Nothing to improve.

Lovely and kind staff. Everyone seemed to be happy to be working there and it shows. Staff speaks english. Design was beautiful, modern and cosy. Large outdoor pool and sauna/welness area with 2 saunas and 1 infra room. Our room wa spacious. Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner with multiple courses). Location is also convenient, the hotel is located in the lovely Alpbach town and you can walk everywhere in the village.

There were just some tiny details that could be fixed in order to make our stay extraordinary. Like relatively long waiting times for dinner courses and quite slow room service, which showed up too late in the afternoon. What we found slightly impractible was a lack of shelves in our room. There is a spacious closet, but most clothes needs to be hanged. We were also not informed about a specific rate of the christmas dinner menu. So we were a bit surprised with being charged 50 eur for that in the end even though half board was included in our fare. In any case we would love to stay again and gladly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

It is quite warm even in Alpbach, the hotels do not have fans or air conditioners. Need to keep balcony door open at night, attracting flies inside the room and even bright lights from outside.

Very friendly and comfortable family run hotel with excellent food and good facilities.

size of the rooms, could do more to be easier for families such as slightly larger rooms to better accommodate children, baths, heated towel rail. a heated towel rail would be useful to dry wet ski clothes as well.

Brand new hotel with good location and great wellness facilities. We had a half board option and the food was exceptional. Superb options for biking, hiking. Really relaxing stay. Will come back :-)

Just small details. There was no radiator in the room where you can dry your clothes and shoes. The sink in the shower was jammed and took the water slowly,

We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco. Our room was spacious and comfortable (without a view as such) but we knew this beforehand. A lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was a wide variety for breakfast. You wanted for nothing. The highlight was the 6 course evening meal. The quality, flavour and presentation of every course, a dream. The attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and very down to earth.

The pool was busy in the afternoons and early evenings so it was hit and miss whether a lounger would be available outside. It would have been nice to swim before breakfast but perhaps the location of the pool didn‘t allow for this and might have disturbed guests. It was very hot and stuffy in the room where we ate breakfast and dinner. (We were in a side room)But all very minor points. We loved our stay.

Had a superb stay at Boutiquehotel die Alpbacherin! The hotel was incredibly clean and staff were friendly and very accomodating. The dinner exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked again for the following year!

Welcomed with a champagne while doing the check-in. The rooms were clean and every terrace has a nice swing chair.

In the entire hotel was super warm so prepare yourself to roam around with a t-shirt. The only negative thing was the lack of privacy in the restaurant, the tables are so close and literally you can hear every conversation from the other tables. Every guests’ surname was written with big letters on every table as a reservation..
