    • The staff is amazing, very very nice people! And the property is beautiful, there is a great breakfast and pool. The drive is on a non paved road for about 2 km but the road is great and no problem to get there like some review said. Thank you very much we had a great time!
    • If you want a country side Tuscany stay this is where you should go. We rented cars and it was easy to navigate to. The staff was friendly. The private dinners were off the charts. We ate dinner there 3 times. All dinners were different than what you could get at any restaurant. Close to many wineries. Breakfast was great! Beautiful views. We went with friends and had an apartment with 3 separate rooms inside. Stay here!!!
    • Everything was perfect, staff was super helpful they got our room ready early! Pool was incredible

La Veronica is a very special piece of heaven on earth! Its textured beauty, views of the Tuscan hills, & its beautiful garden and grounds combined with authentic hospitality (thank you Lisa & Matteo for all your help) made my first visit to Italy truly memorable & special!

Nothing. Staying at this property ruined our visit to Tuscany. We deeply regret staying here.

They scheduled our stay when there was an event happening on site. The event was a party which took place on the other side of our bedroom wall. The music was so loud that it shook our room, neighbors came from all over the area to complain about the loudness. It went until 2am and there was no manager on site to manage the situation. We believe there were people fist fighting, and we felt very unsafe. The power also went out in our room several times throughout the stay. They also advertise that there is AC, but the AC didn’t work and the employees there didn’t even know how to use it and therefore couldn’t assist (again, no manager on site to help with issues). The group for the event was congregated outside of our bedroom window until the very early morning hours, so my husband and I did not get any sleep at all. We would have left and stayed somewhere else but we couldn’t because it was so late at night, so we were trapped there. Booking.com did nothing to help us find a different option. The manager then guaranteed us a refund due to her mistake in booking us while there was an event occurring, then proceeded to ignore me for several weeks upon my trying to reach out to settle up on that refund, again Booking.com was very little help here, and I had to spend a lot of money out of my pocket to make international calls to Italy to try to chase this woman down. When she finally responded, she then only said that she would refund half “since we did stay there”. We would have left if we could have, so that’s a completely unethical stance for her to take. She continuously was rude to me, and never owned up to her own negligence at any point throughout the process. She was terrible to work with, and our stay at the resort was one of the worst decisions we have ever made.

The property was beautiful and strikes a good balance between being very rustic but also having modern amenities.

The long unpaved trail that you need to drive on to reach the property was unexpected, and a bit dangerous for us as we arrived at night and my car has low ground clearance. Not necessarily a problem, but it should be made clear to guests.

Loved everything about this property, the size of the room and the size of the bed, the nice Tuscany style everywhere, beautiful view from the houses and nice garden. Didn't try the swimming pool but it seems very nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff amazing.

The location. It is a little bit far from the main road SR222 but you are in a very beautiful countryside with nice view. There was not a walk-in shower, just bathtub with shower so be careful.

Beautiful stay, amazing staff/owners and delicious self baked cake and cookies at the breakfast bar.

No fridge in our room, otherwise very comfortable

Beautiful property and location, wide rooms, nicely decorated, friendly staff, peaceful nature, pool, lovely breakfast with home made food

The rooms were beautiful and the location itself was gorgeous! The pool was also amazing.

I was disappointed they don’t offer wine tasting at the location and all wine tasting also closes at 5 that I was not aware of they also don’t have restaurant so we had to eat some cheese plate that they offered with cookies for diner. They offered some wine tasting options for the next day, we ended up going and overall was really nice.

Location is excellent. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast!

I would like to see more flower pots and greener grass around the hotel;)

Breakfast had a fair selection of choices. The location is well positioned within the countryside and the swimming pool is a must during the hot summer days.

The resort doen't have a restaurant. Maybe that's the only downside from a very refined experience.

Personal was very kind to us. Amazing view.

    dust on road =)))

    10BirgitPosted on: 7-26-2024

Everything was great, beautiful, clean, very charming, and tasteful. Peace and quiet, everything you need for a vacation. We came for one night, but we stayed for three!

    10NenadPosted on: 7-25-2024

There is so much to like about this place - beautiful views, swimming pool, great breakfast, lovely and kind staff, rose garden. Recommended!

Be aware that the road can be a bit dirty or bumpy, but with a normal car it's not a huge deal.
