Great breakfast. Very cordial staff!

Shower size as well as no bath tub.

Worst experience in Italy.

In need of refurbishment. Cramped rooms, one luggage had to be on floor, blood stains on bedding, bathroom shower was so small not usable. Pool is not how it appears in photos and grounds not cared for. Prior to arrival hotel unresponsive to email re parking and attempt to drop off luggage in no driving zone nor was it explained car would be towed from public lot due to Saturday market. Manager was pompous. Offered a bottle of wine or another stay next year as compensation. No refund or apology. 150 euros in parking fee and tow fee incurred , missed wine tour and morning walking to police station. No taxis. One roll of toilet paper in room and no tissues. Horrible memories of Greve. This hotel was the worst in my entire visit to Italy and ever. Once Manger has your money it’s over. Don’t stay here. Perhaps skip Greve all together. Signage at parking was not obvious if there was any. Hotel Manager showed me 4 pages and said I should have read them at check in….seriously?????

Building was cute and in a very cute plaza Very old school style hotel. I loved it

Staff was lovely and very helpful

The shower was way too small and the room could do with a little makeover. Besides that we were happy. Was a bit disappointed that the photos on Bookings.com looked so much nicer than the actual room.

I liked everything. Very clean, the pool, the breakfast was great, the stuff very friendly, the location great.

The only thing that i didn t like, was the bed, because it was made up of two smaller beds beds.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately the television in my room was not working and was not fixed despite my requesting it be attended to.I also had a fair-sized lizard in the shower. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with a change of rooms. Not being a fan of reptiles, I requested assistance to resolve the issue and she instantly obliged. with the room change.

Bar fridge only turned on when in the room so nothing stayed cold because we weren’t there much. Seriously understaffed. They charged a 5€ fee to use a towel for an unheated pool. The one receptionist basically did everything from bartending, to cleaning the pool, helping with breakfast as well as attending to check-ins and checkouts. She was hardworking and amazing whereas other management was nowhere to be found. I hope they appreciate her.

Right on the square so easy access to restaurants and such.

Older hotel, horrible breakfast, elevator too old/small to trust

Perfect location in the square with a good size swimming pool. We had a large room which was fabulous . Breakfast was very good .

There was nowhere safe to leave cases when arriving early. My daughters room was quite small and dark, though had everything

Location perfect, right in the center of Greve. Breakfast okay, nothing special, and when we arrived late one morning it was already closed. Room was fine, especially because the hotel is air conditioned. Also very nice pool, unusual in the center of town.

great location just off main square. staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and bed and nice garden at rear with pool. Decent breakfast. would definitely stay there again

No WiFi in room,no plug in the sink, pool not very clean rotten wood surrounding the pool, ladder to pool insecure. Whole place is in need of a refurbishment.

Property is tired, clearly little investment going back into it. Stayed in much better for much less while travelling through Tuscany.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews about this place but I would say people are being far too critical.The rooms are comfortable, the pool area is nice and the breakfast is good. Not somewhere you’ll remember forever but a great base to explore Greve and surrounding areas
