Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence

Spent an amazing week here. The rooms are spacious, well built and with a lot of storage room. The spa is excellent (one bio sauna, one wet sauna and one Finnish sauna with a cold plunge). Breakfast was amazing as well (great variety and quality)

Loved the rustic and natural look of the hotel and the city. I liked that the hotel offered a free bus ticket for the whole stay, lockers for our ski gear, and a shuttle to and from Piz Sorega.

Room are great superb clean and kitchen facilities and accesories are top notch !

Loved almost everything! Exceptionally clean, well designed and decorated. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the food, set up, and service. Erika was just lovely. We visited in September and used the sauna & spa daily. I got 3 massages during our stay and would recommend. Zero complaints! Loved it.

The ONLY thing to note was the mattresses are extremely firm.

Spa, mountain view, beautiful room

Large room wth separate kitchen and sitting area. Beautiful views of the mountains from balcony. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff and an afternoon treat in the lounge each day. Very modern and aesthetically well done rooms. Do it yourself laundry available.

A small roof or shade screen over the hot tub since it is outside and the sun was very bright and hot.

Staff were outstanding. Property is beautiful, spotless, modern and in an excellent location.

Our room was advertised as a 2 bedroom suite for 3+ adults. The second bedroom was tiny with a bunk bed and no window, akin to a large closet. In the future (and I will be back), I would book 2 separate rooms instead.

From the moment that we walked through the door at Lagacio, we felt like treasured and special guests. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The ambience inside is so calming. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast at Lagacio was incredible - the selection far surpassed any breakfast that we had on our trip! The spa facilities were sublime, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There are many hiking options nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Cassiano. Many thanks to Barbara for making us feel so welcome especially after a long hut to hut hike!

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

Location, breakfast, room comfort and amenities.

Shower was very dark and it was impossible to get the sprayer to point anywhere but the door. So avoiding water over the floor was difficult.

Awesome designed rooms with lots of wood. It is very close to ski lift and service was excellent.

The staff were helpful, the food was divine, the view and location amazing!

It was on the expensive side but we couldn’t fault a thing so worth spending the extra.

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. The view from our room across to the mountains was absolutely beautiful. It's just a shame you've got to overlook a car park. The shower was hot & powerful. The staff here were super attentive & friendly. They also spoke good English. We have never stayed in a hotel with the choice of breakfast as good as here. There is so much choice - we wanted to try everything, but it just wasn't possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Signs in the room about towels being replaced that weren't followed. We chose not to put ours in the wash basket for washing, yet they still replaced them. It's not good for the environment or necessary to change towels daily.

Lagacio is a beautiful, high end lodging in the heart of the Dolomites. Staff was exceptional and helped us take advantage of lift and transportation deals in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, with Erika talking with us each morning about the best hikes, lift rides and access to hiking, and what the most scenic drives, hikes, etc were. This extra "local" info really helped make this one of our best stays ever in Europe. San Cassiano is the BEST place to stay to explore the Dolomites - short drives to Corvara, Val Gardena, and Cortina de Ampezzo. Strongly recommend you stay here when in the Dolomites.

Can't think of anything they could have done better, this stay exceeded our expectations at every level.

Everything was so perfect, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in and i stayed in alot of hotels, the breakfast was exquisite we had two rounds of breakfast everyday and the granola bars were so so good. Also the attention to details in the suite was out of this world i love how they paid attention to the little things, honestly i don’t know how this place is rated as 4 stars i would give it 10 stars in a heart beat.

It was hard to find how to walk out onto the street level.

One of my best experiences in a hotel, the staff was wonderful, the cleanest, the excellent food, placed in the main street of the nice town. If you visit dolomites and you want to be in this area, this is the right hotel for stay.

Nothing to say, over my expectation. If I come back to Dolomites I will stay in this hotel, 100 % SURE !!!!!
