Breakfast AMAZING, coffee lovely, staff friendly, fantastic location

The hotel cat came to visit one night giving us the fright of our lives as it padded across our bed ?!

The location was incredible. Breath-taking views and a 10minute walk to the cable car for skiing.

The breakfast in the hotel wasn't amazing and the food in the town was very limiting for a week, but that's personal preference

Great place to rest, delicious local food, clean and comfortable rooms. Staying in this place was a great pleasure. We will definitely come back here ?

Very nice, spacious, comfortable room. Beautiful view from the balcony. The sauna / spa area was very special. We loved hiking everyday then coming back for the sauna. The waiting room from the sauna looks onto the farm animals and has an atmospheric fireplace.Location is quiet but short walk into the small town.

Small complaint- The kitchen didn’t include any basics. There is a dishwasher but nothing else to clean in the sink or wipe bench etc. the addition of sponge/ cloth, detergent would help. Salt and oil would also be helpful.

Amazing place. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Great spa and breakfast. Within minutes walk/drive from Alta Badia cable cars and hiking routes. Very helpfull in consulting on hiking trails (Thank u Sylvia!).Loved the small town (st Kassian) and the surroundings.

A beautiful place to stay in San Cassiano. The hotel is on a hill above the town, a very short walk to be in the middle of things, but we had quiet and a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. We were thrilled by the spaciousness of our apartment. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the living room with the sofa bed felt like another bedroom. We made use of the full kitchen and often had dinner sitting on our terrace and watching the sunset. There was more than enough room for two of us to have our own space, this could also work for a family or sets of friends sharing space. We enjoyed visiting the little store and purchasing yummy local goods to bring home. We would stay here again with pleasure!

Such small things...but we would have loved dish soap and some paper products for the kitchen. Really no big deal.

Big rooms light and airy with nice mountain views. Well located, easy walk to town centre and restaurants.

Felt a bit understaffed. Would have been nice to have had a mini bar with a bottle of free water for the room.

Not as dog friendly as announced. You have to pay 15 euro pr night for the dog. Despite hereof you will have to sit outside with your dog during breakfast and it is rather cold in the morning 14-15 degrees. Perhaps it would be a possibility to reserve a few tables inside for dog owners. Other restaurants in San Cassiano practice this and it was great.

Very spacious room - more like a service apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace. Clean and efficient. Excellent breakfast serving. Shuttle service at fixed time to the ski lift. Free ski storage at the ski lift. Large parking available. Efficient checkin-checkout.

This is more like a small complex of service apartments, rather than a hotel. No bar or restaurant (only for breakfast).

Friendly staff, good breakfast, parking at the hotel, clean warm room, aroma, elevator, wellness, transport by hotel bus directly under the Piz Sorega cable car and back. Great location of the hotel with a beautiful view.

This accommodation and all the people looking after it and you are so nice!!! The place and the environment that is surrounding you is absolutely great. Breakfasts are gorgeous, homemade products are so lovely and also the variety is excellent. We paid extra fee for our dog, it was 15 euros, which isn't cheap, but the tidiness of the room was every day. For us, it was one of the most beautiful experience of accommodation so far:-).

Great location in a picturesque village. Next to a working dairy farm which brings you excellent dairy products on the breakfast table (yogurt, cheeses etc.). Nice wellness with a large sauna and a steam bath. You can easily stroll through the village to Piz Sorega gondola lift (approx. 10 minutes, or you may alternatively use next door Fanes free shuttle) and keep your skiing gear in a depot (free of charge). There are some great restaurants in the village and a smaller grocery store - all just a few minutes from the house. San Cassiano is a main base for a Lagazuoi ski experience, which is a must...

The view, the room, the local products, the SPA, the staff. Being the only guests this weekend we were made to feel like family. Went out of season so nothing was open, but it was the perfect place to relax. They invited us to have Easter lunch together, which was a lovely offer and left a beautiful basket full of treats for our breakfast. We will definitely be coming back!
