Got something to drink at check-in. The included breakfast was also quite nice to have. Quitet location, warm rooms.

The hairdryer was broken, which I would be nice to have in a rainy day.

The hotel is close to one of the main chairlifts.

Our room was located on the second floor with no elevator access, requiring us to navigate steep, narrow stairs that only one person can use at a time—challenging for anyone with luggage. Upon arrival, the room’s condition was concerning. The carpet was heavily worn, discolored from red to black, and had visible mud stains that we had to clean ourselves. The beds, which resembled fold-out sofas, were uncomfortably firm, offering little support—akin to sleeping on a hard surface. Additionally, the WiFi signal was nonexistent in the room, making connectivity impossible. Most frustrating was the staff’s lack of engagement: when we approached them for assistance, they either ignored us or walked away mid-conversation. For the price paid, we expected basic comfort and cleanliness. Sadly, this stay fell far short of expectations, and we believe better options are available in the area for similar rates.

in both rooms the toilet cistern was extremely slow to fill, which made using the toilet very inconvenient

We were late to check-in, so the reception left out keys in a locker, so we could finish our hike. Everyone was really friendly, the breakfast was nice and the room was perfectly clean.

Hotel the house is tiny but inside it feels so big and comfortable. Rooms are very nice and clean, lunch and breakfast are great. Location is also great, everything is wraith down the counter, sky lifts and village.

The accommodation is close to a ski lift and a bus stop from where you can go to farther ski slopes and the city center. The staff is nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are well-equipped and clean. Food during breakfast is always fresh and good. In the same place where breakfast is, there is a restaurant with delicious food, but there can be paid only by cash. It was our next stay in this hotel and I'm sure that we return there.

The Wi-Fi is often weak and there is the same food for breakfast each day.

Very clean, Very good location for a ski trip.

On the second floor there is a sloping ceiling, when lying in bed you have to learn to get up so as not to hit your head, it's best to wear a helmet ? Apart from that, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is great. We were also pleased be the kindness of the personal. The restaurant of the hotel was also great.

Rooms are quite old, Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first floor and in the restaurant. Kids TV programs didn’t work as well. Bed sheets were not the same as on the pictures.

Very nice hotel for short stay on skiweekend. Very good breakfast. In restaurant food is very good in normal prices. We bought little spa and it was very nice 90min.Staff was very nice and helpful. In restaurant one lady (short with black hair) was super nice.

We booked big room (around 50sqm). Our room was smaller. It was 2 rooms connected by bathroom. For longer stay it could be too small. But staff and all in hotel was perfect.

All was great - location in the heart of Spindleruv Mlyn, breakfast, restaurant, Staff. People are very relaxed here. We had a great time and will be back.

The breakfast was really nice for the price. Typical czech sausages, eggs, buns, nice bread, cereals, some fruit, sausages and cheese, juice and coffee. All you need. Also the hotel is about 200 meters away from the next lift, so you can just walk over and have some fun.

The sink in the bathroom was stuck, so we had to empty it in the shower every time we washed hands or brushed teeth... not that bad for a one-night stay but a little annoying...
