Hotel Praha

I didn’t know what to expect after reading the reviews but my partner and I were very happy. Breakfast was very good every morning, staff helpful and nice, spa and spa treatments were great. We just had lunch once at the hotel and we liked it. Location is perfect and is very close to the buses that take you to the slopes.

We stayed almost a week and the room was not cleaned once.

The reception desk ladies are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the ski resort (10 minutes walk to Svaty Petr). The room is clean enough (except the quilt).

The quilt doesn't look very clean. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, so you cannot make coffee or tea in cold weather.

Great location, very polite staff

We are absolutely upset by the condition of our room. Obviously the walls need reconstruction and we do not understand how could you offer such a room to your clients. Especially with mold located on the window edges. We were very disappointed by the size of the room, probably the smallest you have but most important for the two nights stay in 4-star hotel in the heart of Spindlerův Mlýn we expect different condition.

Nice staff, location close to the center, good breakfast, free entry to the wellness.

For some reason they didn't clean every day. We were there for 3 nights, they cleaned only once and didn't change the towels even once.

The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The details for skiers were thought out properly. Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the spa a lot, pools, saunas. I pre-ordered a lava stone massage it was really great, Katka was doing it professionally with a lot of care. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. Thank you so much we had a great time at your hotel and special thanks to Katka :)

Hotel Praha is a clean, designed, nice Mountain hotel that has a High level. The Staff should have Max points, they were Good.

Three minus:Cold Pool in SPA area 25-26 C. Feels not good after paying 300 Euros/nightNo kettles and coffee on room. Its standard at this level. High Music level at ”Discos of diff kinds” close to the hotel. Impossible to sleep before 2am. Was heard in the whole City. Not Alp standard. Quit after 11pm. We are here to Ski, the level must has created tinnitus by many. This is not very ”Czech”, just Crazy.

Comfortable temperature SpaClean

Poor assortment during breakfast. Not enough tables.There was a door between our room and another one. We could hear absolutely everything that was going on behind the wall. There is no kettle or refrigerator. At least, a bottle of water would be a good addition.

I liked the location as it was peaceful but also close to restaurants, nice views, and fun activities. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.Good breakfast.

The pool's opening hours are not very flexible.The triple room was too small for a couple and 7 years old kid. There was not much room left to move.The lack of mini bar and minimal dining facilities in the room was disappointing, and not comfortable

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, good restaurant, really nice wellness centre with the option of private booking. We appreciated the large room for 6 people

Everything was amazing! The hotel was very helpful! We went on my father’s birthday and the hotel team has helped me to order a cake from a local supplier, prepared Prosecco in his room. The service in the restaurant was exceptional, and the food was very good for a very affordable price. Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel location is great, about 3 minutes walk to the centre with a free shuttle bus to the ski slopes.

All little things cost extra (towels, slippers, iron), it is very affordable so shouldn’t break the bank but still I was surprised about the iron and ironing board. Spa was nice but jakuzzi wasn’t clean (had a very odd smell). Some saunas and jakuzzi require you to be undressed, so make sure to wrap yourself in a towel and maybe shower after sauna in the changing room not outside the sauna itself or you might get unwanted company which would be as surprised as you. Didn’t happen to me but to a few other people in the spa.

Breakfast was good

There wasn’t a bar open until 9pm which is late for a family and not good for apres ski. Reception closed at 8pm so you couldn’t use the pool table after that.

Spindlerovy Mlyn. Location.

The rooms are very modestly equipped. No kettle or mineral water in the room. No luggage trolley, especially if the guest is disabled. Very poor breakfast with low-quality products and little variety. Very high additional costs, such as the stay of two small dogs for 44 Euro per night and the prices of drinks in the hotel restaurant. High price for very poor and expensive services.

The room was nice, clean and big. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Also a very nice restaurant with tasty food.Around the hotel many ski lifts, stores and restaurants.

The hotel is located on the hill, the road was bit icy - we received information regarding preparing snow chain.The pool was a bit cold.

Perfect stay, polite staff and very good breakfast.

Missing fridge in the room.

Great location with parking, Pool and Sauna, Dinner al carte restaurant with Libor. Family suite had big rooms, nice view and modern bathroom.

Breakfast was weak for 4 start, service inconsistent, very water juice, limited fruit, most days only cheap rollic and toast bread. Hotel is a good 3 star but not a 4 star

Great central location, welcoming staff, esp. in the restaurant. Good sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Modern amenities and a nice spa/pool area. Was good to have the sauna after a day skiing. Short walk to all restaurants and buses to the slopes. Good value.

Great location, quite helpful staff, overall comfortable hotel while at Špindl.

I’ve stayed for one night only, couldn’t have any negative remarks.
