Nice place, staff and location

I didn’t notice while i do booking that check out 10AM while everywhere 12:00 so when I checked out they charged me extra but it deserves

close to the ski

Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, staff and the owner was polite and very friendly. Would definetly recomend this hotel !

Cosy, homely, lovely atmosphere, comfortable bedrooms, clean, amazing service by everyone, excellent food in the restaurant and perfect location.

They provided vegan milk, so I could make a satisfactory breakfast. It is a small hotel. The hotel owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Answered every question and were nice to chat with! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the lifts

I liked everything. The lack of snow was not the fault of the hotel…

Room good size, good location, parking available

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Really good service. The hotel is located in the center of town, not far from the main bus stop, and is therefore accessible without ascending any steep hills, for which we were very greatful.

The hotel and its staff is exceptional. From the minute we arrived they have accommodated us with a great, warming attitude, explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable. The hotel is clean and cozy, its placement right in the centre of the city was great as well. The cherry on top of the cake was great in-house restaurant with excellent Italian food. Definitely would recommend to any of the fellow travelers and hope we will return back some day.

breakfast was ok - you had to order your coffie and egg at the bar - for me it would be more convenient to just be able to take if yourself.

the staff told us that the room we had booked was not big enough for 3 and upgrated us at a cost. if it is not suitable for 3 persons it should not be possible to order through booking.com Hotel ok and clean but I think it was overpriced. Hotel has no sitting space for enjoying the evenings - only in the restaurant which was very busy.

Beautiful small hotel in the middle of the town.Very friendly and professional staff.Free public parking in front of the hotel, free ski room near reception.Great connection to all ski lifts via free ski-bus or via taxi (150-200 CZK).Big and well-equipped room (we've had a family room).Amazing pizzeria on the ground floor with the wood-fired pizza oven - during our short 3-day stay we took our dinner just there.Robert and his team made this short vacation very pleasant for our family, we would definitely come back to Belmonte some day ;)

Some small issues in the room would require the renovation - e.g. creaking wooden floor, handles on the furniture, etc. Variety of the food in the breakfast might be improved.
