Amazing breakfast, the location is really great, even though it's right next to the main road, there were no problems. The staff was very nice.

The price is much higher than the value. There is a fee for basically everything. Paying for parking when you already pay so much for the room? The spa was also pretty small and seems it should have more capacity.

Everything from the staff, apartment, wellness and spa treatments, breakfast and more were wonderful. I would fully recommend this as a place to stay as a couple or with children. They did a great job to make sure our stay was good.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay (family 2+1). The whole service/staff was outstanding and the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent. The wellness facilities were nice, the massages were at a professional level. The children's playground and virtual room were a great bonus for our child.

Although we fully enjoyed our stay and rated the overall experience with the highest grade, there are two minor areas that could be improved: 1. Elevators – They felt somewhat slow and lacked sufficient capacity, especially during peak hours like breakfast time. This led to longer waiting times, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. 2. Car Charging Management – With only two wallboxes (10 kW/h) for the entire complex and a manual system for handing out charging cards (just two cards per hotel), there was no real control over the charging process. As a result, some cars remained parked overnight without actively charging or having finished long before. This setup isn’t very convenient if you rely on charging your car, so having an alternative plan is advisable.

Comfortable stay, spacious apartments, everything clean and fresh.

There was an issue on check-out, somehow my room was charged for the services I didn’t use, but it was solved after some time.

Very nice apartment. Very good parking. Extraordinary restaurant.

Great place for families with small kids - additional ski room included in price, menu for children in hotel restaurant, optional spa&wellness - hotel overall really clean and silent, located in the centre of Pec, so we didn't have to walk much to get anywhere, everything was within arm's reach. Helpful receptionists were always ready to give advice.

Breakfast and restaurant area could be larger, was quite chaotic in the mornings due to the size.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view from the window in an awesome location, and super dog-friendly. There was even a welcome snack, towel, and bowl for a dog. It was so cute. The terrace was awesome. Good breakfast with many options. We got a free room upgrade, and it was so awesome. Nice kids playground outside and kids room inside.

A/C missing in the rooms, in hot days like these we had not less than 27 degrees in the room, even in the night with opened windows.Breakfast could be more variable, every day the same…

Amazing apartment, very comfortable, well equipped, fantastic breakfast, dog friendly, super nice staff. During my stay the hotel offered also a yoga programme which was fantastic, very professional. We shall be back!

The hotel is new, well positioned within the village and has amazing staff. However, it's very family-focused, so be prepared for ever-present screaming kids.

Modern apartments

Cleaning service wasn’t really effective. The staff was coming late in the evening to clean the rooms as people were coming back tired from the day activities. In addition to that cleaning staff was not pleasant to talk to and was constantly unhappy with the fact that we were making claims because they came late in the evening. Normally all services specially as cleaning are finished at 16:00. The hotel is absolutely not cheap and the managers should take care of that and think about their guest.

Mould in the bathroom, some gummy bears on stairs in the hall not removed in 3 daysDisorganised reception - lady during check-in told us that she needs to see physically the ID card of our third companion who was arriving later, so he rushed as he could to make it until 22pm, when the reception closes, but he couldn't, so I went there so ask if they could stay longer (you pay extra 250 crowns/hour for this) and there was another guy, who didn't understand what the problem is, when the room is already checked...so there was no need for rushing in the end (thanks that guy for solving it at least in the end...he actually offered further help). Also we had this wellness booked and they told us to wait at our room, so that some staff would walk us to the place, but no one came, so we had to go there and ask for instructions...Reception only until 22pm - not what I would expect for that "try to be high level" hotel. In case you have any problem later, no one can help you. Only waiters if the restaurant isn't closed yet.Bad communication - you have to ask for stuff and in advance or you just don't get anything...like those special cards for discount for the cable lift to Snezka. They said we would get it via email after check in but nothing, so I have asked again and they have sent it later after we didn't need it anymore and had to already pay the whole price.Uncomfortable pillows...I do not recommend for too many days or to those with neck painToo expensive for this to be only illusion of luxury

Great location. A lot of room to store your stuff in the apartment and everything you need was there. Awesome service for dog owners and very dog friendly. They have their own supermarket so you can get what you need. Nice wellness and game area. Great staff and amazing breakfast. Also parking was good and easy. Staff did everything they could to meet our demands.

Can get a bit hot because there is no A/C. I'd like the hotel to have a pool.

Very spacious and suitable for families with kids (they even have a playground inside for kids and lot of activities where you can leave you kid so you can have some quiet time) & pets. Breakfast amazing! All exceptional!

Nice design of the hotel and the room.

First, the room did not match the description in the booking reservation. Second, the supposed double bed was placed in extremely cramped space (literary sealed tight by walls from 3 sides) and did not have proper mattress, just some really thin upper layer. Overall, it was so uncomfortable we rather slept on the sofabed in living room, where there was at least some space and air...Further, there was ghostly mostly 90. disco music playing all-day around from the in-hotel restaurant very loudly, we heard it even though our room wasn't even located near the restaurant. Last but not least, in the hotel wellness, you sure will find lots of things, like screaming children and drunk guests, but don't expect to find a peace of mind there....Very VERY disappointing...

That the double bed had 2 mattresses. It was uncomfortable to sleep as a couple in it and to be intimate.
