It is a good quality Mountain Hotel. The unique location, cuisine offer and rooms in the Korkonosze Mountains. The hotel's mascot is Bogusz, a St. Bernard dog.

The location is just great, beautiful view from the window and all the facilities - great food, sauna.

Price for the dog is quite high.

Renovated rooms of a mountain hotel in a great location, view of the Sněžka mountain. Friendly staff, huge breakfast area, really rich breakfast. Possibility to have dinner on site. Lovely trick with the light in the bathroom (keep the light on in the bathroom and off in the bedroom, you'll see). Quiet and peaceful. And the dog!

The restaurant is expensive, as a guest you get a discount, however the portions are large and the food was good.

I love the place, home made beer and pastry. TV where my own streaming services work well.

Lovely room and bathroom. Very friendly staff. We had a discount on food and drinks in the restaurant which we made the most of.Fabulous location right in the middle of the mountains where we needed to be.Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was OK. A bit more of a variety would be great.

The restaurant manager was super obnoxious, to the extent that it spoilt our stay (which otherwise was very pleasant). When I complained about his behavior via email, I got no response. This is not what you expect in a “luxury hotel” or even, to be frank, in a good mountain shelter.

Pin Code arrived by SMS 2 days prior arrival nd room number 1 day prior arrival. All checking in done online. Takes longer than in person. Pin code screens at every door - feeling like going inside a high security prison.

Comfy beds, nice view and good breakfast.

They dont provide room for drying the wet shoes or clothes. There is one room like this but without heater. No heathers during the night in the room. We started the other day with wet shoes as the whole group. The weather conditions melted snow in a way that all people coming to Lucni bouda had shoes soaked in it.

Great staff, room with a view on Snezka, tasty food in restaurant, very interesting tour to the brewery, very well organized shuttle from/to Pec and the reservation system worked well.

We will definitely come back as we were absolutely satisfied.

The location is incredible! The hotel is renovated but kept in the mountain spirit - loved it! The staff friendly and helpful, food - delicious. Beer - must try. Recommend beer Bath - very relaxing and a really cool experience.

The heating in the room wasn’t very good. Under blanket was warm but in general when outside is -17, you need a warm and cozy room.

Absolutely amazing! It is a bit pricy, but definitely worth it, direct view to Snezka, the consumption im the Restaurant with -20% discount and it is really delicious. Automatic self checkin, no keys, just pin to your room which you receive per email, something you would not expect in such a high altitude.

Amazing hotel and good restaurant

Everything was great. Looks like they've improved even more since I was last there a year or two ago. Really quite a magical place if you like snowy places.
