Hotel Krokus

Extremely friendly staff — they helped us with everything. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the check-in time, they allowed us to accommodate earlier. The apartment with a sauna was very beautiful. We loved the seating area in front of the room and the private entrance to our apartment. Definitely great value for money.

Staff were helpful. Location was good - only 1 minute walk to the ski bus and bus takes only 5 minutes to get to the lifts. Food at the hotel was good but also close to other restaurants if needed.

Good location in the centre, good price, parking at the back.

Basic room, only one pillow provided, no staff overnight. Breakfast was good but lack of staff and replenishment of items.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

I would love to have some oat or soya milk at breakfast for my coffee but it seems not to be popular in Pec.

The staff was excellent and very pleasant. The breakfast was simple but completely fine.

The room required significant upgrades. The mattress was yellow-stained, extremely old, and badly sagging. Additionally, the sheets had holes, and the hair dryer was covered in a thick layer of dust.

Perfect location, clean room, nice food in hotel restaurant. You can see if lift to Snezka is opened from the front property door.

Very good location, clean, super nice stuff. The check-in check-out process super fast.The breakfast was good and having a parking was a real nice bonus.

Close to ski bus stop. Room to place your sport equipment to. Parking behind the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Reasonable prices in the restaurant.

The parking is not big and there is a steep road leading to it - could be a problem during the winter if you don’t have winter tyres.

Property is spacy as for the premium location. Well organised, the owner is available for customers, resolving problems.Lots of plants. Very welcoming staff. Brilliant sauna facility. Great breakfast with warm breads. Room very warm in winter conditions, windows sound and temperature proof . ???

A great value for money, with a fantastic location.

While some areas of the bathroom could benefit from a service or reconstruction, the slope leading to the parking lot was particularly troublesome. Due to the lack of gravel or plowing, it was practically unusable.

Nice, clean rooms with all we needed. Location is super for starting multiple hiking trails in the area. Friendly staff, good food and fair pricing. Thank you!

Good location for hiking Śnieżka, had a private parking, nice breakfast

Very loud location, noises from the street kept us up, also could hear other guests slamming doors.

The hotel itself is located next to really cool little mountain river and has very nice little restaurant downstairs with the best food and terrace which has a very beautiful view on the river. I could just stay there for days without leaving the hotel territory. The personal was also very friendly and helpful and offcourse the rooms were nice and clean as well.

There is nothing not to like there.

Excellent location, good variety for breakfast, room size spacious and clean.

Got my room with window to the main street.Mornings were tough as the city would wake up with cars and mottos passing by, trucks for unloading merchandise. Seemed to be all under my window, next time i would ask for the other side.

The hotel has a good view of the surrounding area. Room is good but nothing special.

The room looks smaller compared to what’s in the photo. Surprisingly the heater are still on despite the weather being hot.

The hotel's location was optimal as regards my outdoor activities. I also liked the cleanliness of my room.

The comfort of my bed did not (at all) fulfill my expectations! I also regard it as a negative that the reception desk was unmanned (and the door closed) up until 7 o'clock.
