The location was amazing & Catrina was wonderful

They didn’t have a concierge service which was a bit disappointing, one more thing i called the reception at 10:30 PM requesting few large towels and they told me its too late and no one can provide you towels at this time !

I liked the location, breakfast and calm and elegant atmosphere. Dinner is also very good, wellness is quite good as well

I think wellness should be included in the price, honestly I didn't know that it is charged separately.

An unexpectedly excellent oasis in one of the most beautiful regions of the Czech Republic. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this accommodation, and are already planning a second weekend to spend more time in the area.

Everything was excellent, though our schedule did not permit us to take advantage of the wellness centre.

Brand new hotel with perfect design, stylish and quiet rooms. We took breakfast and dinner, ideal for weekends.

Why breakfast is till 11 only on Sundays? Should be on both weekends I guess. And for those who want to relax and to sleep longer in the morning - keep in mind that there is some building or construction across the street, and it’s quite loud from 8 o’clock each morning….

Pec pod Sněžkou, a charming village giving tourists from Poland a chance to see Sněžka from the other side. Excellent location of the hotel. Very effective email communication at check-in, check-out and billing. Staff helpful, courteous and in good humor. The hotel is fairly new (2019 ?) and well maintained. Rooms comfortable and clean with interesting wooden finishes. Good breakfasts, although it can be crowded at certain hours. Restaurant offer interesting and ambitious - it is worth trying especially dishes that we do not make ourselves at home. If by car, it is worth to book parking place at the hotel. Parking spaces in town are limited or farWellness zone – body-friendly treatments: jacuzzi, sauna, massages and more – professional and helpful. It is worth booking an hour to avoid crowds.

This is not a drawback, but a feature. It is worth asking for parking at level zero. Parking on level minus one is valet parking - a guest can block another's car or be blocked. The friendly staff helps.

Beautifully architecturally designed hotel. Exceptionally beautiful wellness area. Great food in the restaurant. Location right in the middle of the village below the Snezka mountain.

You need to pay extra for parking, which is annoying.

Amazing interiors with nice small details!

For us was too much hot temperature at apartment. Minimum was 20,5 degrees, but reality was more. But It’s a small detail.

Great value for money. This 4 star hotel could easily beat many 5 star hotels in Czechia in quality. Reliable destination charging of my Tesla EV in the garage (11KW, 12CZK/KWh).

We had a standard room, but I would expect better coffee machines like Nespresso in the room for the full 100% quality experience, otherwise rooms are superb.There was no mention of EV charging on the booking.com, so I did not notify reception in advance which caused little organization disturbance for their parking services and time delay...

We had an absolutely delightful stay in this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean and the restaurant was fabulous. Also the spa was very clean and well designed.

There could be more options on the TV, all the movies were in Czech. Would appreciate possibility to log in to own account in apps for example Apple TV etc

There is a lot to like about this hotel: nice facilities, great location, modern rooms but some 'rules' and the staff make it sometimes a bit less nice. Here I wanna say though that if the receptionists would be as nice as the cleaning staff, it would have been great! The half board dinner is a never changing list of 5 main courses with only 1 vegetarian option and a salad. So good luck looking for variation in your dining experience as a vegetarian. For desserts you have to pay extra which feels weird to be honest. Wellness needs to be paid extra which I can live with but why is it also limited to 90 minutes? Did not feel relaxed when you needed to check the clicking clock during your wellness sessions. So yeah, if management would make these rules less restrictive or give more options it would be much more welcoming towards the guests of this hotel and then I would be happy to come back.

U have to pay on top for wellness. A bit weird staff when u ask in restaurant about allergens.

Spacious modern rooms, clean, comfortable, wonderful view from the window. Convenient shuttle to the mountain, clothes drying in the room, ski storage room - everything is very well thought out. Really enjoyed the wellness.

The half board restaurant only offers Czech cuisine, which we did not enjoy. For a 4-star hotel, charging extra for such small things as a shaving kit is not serious.

Checking in is taking so long, no welcome drink . Hotel's restaurant is a bit disappointing.

The room was specious and comfortable, the design of the hotel was very nice, I loved the delicious breakfast, location was very good, the staff was nice

I was surprised that I needed to make a reservation to use sauna and it wasn’t included in the price, the use of wellness center was additionally charged. Also it was too hot in the room, the temperature on the termostat couldn’t be set lower than 20,5’C which is too hot for me to sleep

The hotel is modern and neat, huge windows, nice bathroom, comfy bed. The location is great, near the toboggan, 10 minutes to the slope. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and even prosecco. We had half board and the dinner was also very nice, restaurant quality, although it was a bit weird that a 3 course dinner is an amuse-bouche (a tartlet) + 2 normal-sized dishes. We had a room with great view, a pleasant surprise was that the staff prepared a dessert for my husband who had a birthday. Overall a great stay.

Minor issues: our room was very hot and nobody knew why as the thermostat was set on 21°. When I addressed this at the reception no one could help, luckily the window could be open. The parking is expensive and I would expect it to be less hectic: when we arrived it was half empty, however in the morning our car was blocked and then another car was parked at our place so we had to spend some time figuring this out, for this price I would expect this to be more straightforward. Also the kid room was closed, hope we get to enjoy it next time
