Hotel Hvezda

location, room was clean and warm. room has nice view from windows. u can easily access hotel by ski. there is a ski path behind the hotel. sauna was grate and its open until late evening.

room didn't have kettle, coffee, tea. considering it's winter time, it would be nice to have kettle in the room .

Rooms are generally nice and clean, just simple good looking accomodation. I loved the outdoor sauna and restaurant. The best part of this place is the staff, extremely helpful, extremely nice. For them alone I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was ideal, both hot and cold options, coffee excellent, not from a machine! Bread was fresh and tasty was well.

Great accommodation in the heart of Pec pod Sněžkou. Stylish mountain cottage with a very good restaurant, helpful owners. Dog friendly and a bonus in the form of a sauna.

The room did not correspond at all to the photos that were listed on the website and the one I received. The photo shows a new apartment with a nice bathroom and I got a room from the 90s

Quite small for family room. Not part of the hotel,separate building which wasnt mention. Quite cold even the owner tried to fix it

Excellent location, staff in the morning very helpful.

Unfortunately the first impression was rather poor. We have booked ‘Studio 6’ as advertised but were informed upon arrival that this room ‘had been taken’ and were given a much smaller and less comfortable room without even being asked if this was ok or any apology given. There were no attempts to rectify the issue or offer compensation when I highlighted I had paid for a different room. We have arrived within the check in time. It was however late and we were not in a position to go stay somewhere else so accepted the room that was given to us.

Nice and cosy chalet with modern rooms. Great and friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs offers meals throughout the day. Big TV in the room and free parking.

I liked the location, restaurant, parking (not obvious in Pec) and lively atmosphere in Hvezda. Ski-to-door is also a nice thing.

I booked and paid for 6 person studio room (for two men), but received much smaller double room with double bed and old dirty pull-out couch. That ruined the whole experience.

Hotel is in a good location and it is a good value for money. You can park there for free.

The owner seemed to be sometimes a bit nervous, bothered and not totally pleasant when we asked about something or wanted to pay at this end of our stay which is usually a standard. The window on our room did not have a proper courtain to block the light in the morning. One could not close the door on the bathroom properly.

Very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was good, location was great!

The only thing I felt a bit uneasy with was the facilities in the room. Everything was quite old and for example the shower head holder was broken so in the tiny shower cabin it wasn’t really confortable to hold the shower head and clean yourself.

Would be great if it had a spa-zone

The hotel was very lovely with interesting decor all around its interior. Beds were super comfy. You could hear the river floating from the outside which was a very calming experience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The parking lot is quite small but luckily we were able to secure ourselves one spot by arriving early. The shower pressure was absolutely terrible - something should definitely be done about that. Luckily we stayed there on a warm September night but I can't imagine coming from a ski session and not being able to enjoy a proper warm shower.

There nothing special or extra. Its just a good regular accommodation.

Friendly stuff, great location, option of lunch & dinner.

The staff members were great with us, we felt welcomed. Particularly I liked the sauna and the option to jump into the ice cold mountain river, amazing experience.
