Hotel Alcossebre

Excellent food, adequate choice and plenty of it ! Great service from staff in all areas of the hotel. Very nice pool area, plenty of decent sun loungers. Hotel location great and very peaceful area. Rooms clean, serviced daily. Nice air-con that actually worked.

Difficult to find things not to like.

Hotel very clean, room very clean even inside the cupboards smelt clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. As we arrived early because of our flight. The staff member phoned me to say our room was ready 4 hours before checkin. Breakfast was great lots of choice. Hot food, breads pastries, fruit, cereal for the five days we were there, there was something different every day. Reasonable prices for drinks at hotel bar.Lovely clean pool.

Where do I start!! First room experience, severe water dripping from ceiling near A/C unit! Requested to move, hotel staff not very obliging and reluctantly gave us another room. Second room experience, fridge severely frosted up causing bottled water to turn to gel! Safe not working as per instructions, even technician man could not make it work correctly! Extractor fan, but no job! Microwave?? No plug in sink! No plugs in bathroom in sink and bath!! So what’s the point of having a bath and no plug!! Lighting very poor! Not enough lights. Food in restaurant very poor, fried eggs (@15) laid out from start of service at 8!! Very limited choice, fruit very dry after being left out so long! Staff very miserable and very uncooperative!!

I asked for a room with a sea view and they gave it to me without any problem. When I arrived they had given me a double bed instead of two but they solved it super fast. The staff is wonderful, attentive and very efficient, the location of the hotel is excellent and we had a great holiday.

I would only improve some of the facilities, in particular the hotel bathrooms, which are quite old. That's all!

Slightly tired rooms some things like extraction fan not working, shower head no mixer,but, cannot complain, and I didn't...price was fabulous, and with breakfast

Hard matress, tired rooms, old televisions.

The facilities were very nice and the food was also very good.And Ioana from reception was very helpful.

We had a cockroach in our bedroom and the toilet seat was a bit dirty.

The room was of an average size.There was a view of the sea from our room.We managed to find a TV channel that was in English, which was a news channel this meant we were able to keep up to date with current affairs.

Didn't use the pool.The air-conditioning was noisy and not very effective. The mini bar took over 12 hours to cool the contents when first used.Breakfast there was plenty of choice, sadly the cooked breakfast option was cold and the toaster was dangerous and ineffective.

The buffet was good and the kids who were nervous they wouldn’t find anything they liked both found something and enjoyed it. The staff were nice and very helpful.

Nothing really. We had a good time. At a push it had a few loose tiles in the pool.

Been to Alcossebre for the last 15years, never stayed at a hotel so was a bit apprehensive. Hotel was really good, staff were always helpful at any time. Breakfast was good. They got a taxi for us, let us stay over while wating for transfer, and best thing was a aircon system for my wife.

Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast included. Nice personnel. Not too complex to find a place for parking. Good choice for short stay. Just opposite the Tuesday evening market.

To the nice sandy beaches of Alcossebre you need to walk. Beach opposite the hotel is a rocky one and not nice completely.Room we were accommodated in was nothing extra in terms of space, quality and equipment. The condition of extra bed was really poor.No balcony even it should be a part of our room based on reservation docs.
