Location is good, nearby the sea and close to the entertainment street

I have been in this hotel for third time and this time was terrible. Definitely quality of staff is getting worse. Especially their front desk staff! There were super kind helpful people there before but new guys are super rude have no respect to customers. They behave super weird. Hope their management get some actions for their reputation soon. i strongly not recommend.

Comfortable, quiet room overlooking the garden and beach, with good balcony. Nice breakfast.

The location is good also the two receptionists girls was helping full and they treated us good

The receptionists guy was so rude and the security was racist they don’t know how to speak English and they don’t know how to deal with a customer

Excellent location, busses just step away. Matin on the reception desk was fantastically helpful.

Swimming pool , private beach access and location were fantastic!Staff were friendly and helpful . Cleaning lady made the room beautiful.

Rooms are small , tv didn’t work , AC was weak , games/ room should be arranged better and not just a storage room where extra furniture is kept .

Away from the noise of central Gumbet but right on the beach with lovely pool, nice and peaceful family run hotel. Staff all really friendly, we only stayed 2 nights as we travelled by car from Didim/ Altinkum but it was a second time here as we enjoyed it the first time a few years ago. Rooms was all cleaned daily and spotless with a mini fridge. Would stay again when in the area.

Excellent location - on the beach & in walking distance to the town for restaurants, bars and shops.

Fitness centre was a storage room.Breakfast wasn’t great - we only went twice for breakfast, not much variety.

The hotel is in a good location, Very close to the beach. Breakfast was good. Had a clean pool.Good privacy.Balcony is spacious.

Tiny bathroom with tight shower space.There was Air conditioning,but no remote to control the temperature.We had to climb on the bed to switch it on/off.After a certain time,they don't accept card payment. We had to check out late in the night.Luckily,we had cash. Those who carry only card- it would be a good idea to carry euro/lira/dollars.

Lovely beach view and dining terrace. Friendly pool/beach service. Good cleaning staff.

The rooms, furniture and bathrooms are worn out. The reception at arrival did a halfhearted job. Breakfast was way below average - cold scrambled eggs, no changed platters of vegetables, no service,  no coffee selection.They also hosted a wedding party on one evening with hundreds of additional guests, with live band and dinner - on the shared ground, directly alongside the rooms.

I have stayed many times I love this family run hotel. Beautiful position near to the sea and far away from the night life. We plan to return in the near future

The hotel is getting a little tired but we have only just all opened up after the covid pandemic

The hotel is in a great location. Beautiful view of the bay, private beach, clean sea. Very nice staff. All issues that arose were resolved quickly and easily.Tasty food with a view of the sea. Breakfast is traditional Turkish. Quite a wide variety of food. Sometimes ordered dinners and lunches from the menu. Everything was delicious. I would like to say a special word about fettuccini - they are superb ?

The furniture in the room was outdated, the headboard was broken. But it's hard at this point to blame the hoteliers for not updating the rooms, given their situation in the last few years. All this was compensated by the beautiful view from the balcony

The shower water in the hotel is not clean.Unfortunately, my clothes were stolen from the room .someone trying to unlock the bag's secret code !!?

Everything was great, the location was perfect right on the beach, the food and drink at the bar and restaurant was very nice and not expensive and the staff were very friendly and helpful and professional, couldn't do enough for you. We couldn't have asked for any more on our stay. It's a nice family run hotel right on the beach, the owner is very nice and with it not being all inclusive you get more peace and quiet if you want to relax , which we did and it was a perfect holiday, we will definitely be back next year
