Too early in season hotel not fully open pool not open staff still working to open fully

The staff were always friendly, always helpful. The hotel was clean & affordable. The view from my room window overlooked the water.

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The air conditioner works well. All meals are very good and tasty. Very good choice of desserts and fruits. The drinks (local alcohol and soft drinks are available all day long at the bar). Clean towels and bed sheets. Air conditioning is good. Wi-fi works very fast, so I could make a phone call via messenger. Very friendly nice staff.

The beach is a little bit far away. We had a car, but there was a transfer also (only twice a day, so guests miss the lunch). The parking is very small.

Staff where excellent especially David . Will be back again next year

Noise at night from English people waking the baby

The room was clean, comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff in the reception was super nice and helpful, we had a water filter in the reception also to feel the bottles. It was really close to the bus stop and to many restaurants, clubs and bars.The pool was clean and the breakfast tasty, I didn`t take the all inclusive though.

The room was on the ground floor of the street, so with the curtains opens anybody could see inside from the street. Some staff couldn`t speak English.The swimming pool was closing too early (18:30) and we were kicked out from the sunbeds at this time. For me was not a problem, but the hotel is not in the main Bodrum city, so you need to take a bus is you wanna go to bodrum city, and the beach in Gumbet you need to go down the hill, even if it`s close

Polite, friendly hotel staff. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have heating in the rooms as we visited Turkey when it’s still quite chilly.

Floors in the corridors and in our room wasn’t very clean i.e coffee marks, dust and hairs Our rooms were on the same floor as the reception and unfortunately there was just too much noise in the corridor, people shouting (other hotel residents), doors slamming etc so not great when trying to sleep or to be woken up by in the early hours of the morning. The balcony to the rooms looked out into the road outside the hotel which again was very noisy at times- just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.Also expected there to be an iron available in a 4 star hotel but this wasn’t the case. However there is a dry cleaning service located just a minute from the hotel which was handy.Breakfast was disappointing =( . There was no hot food available and the options were minimal i.e cold cucumber, tomatoes, and other vegetables plus bread and butter, boiled egg.

Traditional Turkish breakfast with plenty of choice and as much as you can eat.Fresh coffee was available in the foyer all day at no charge.Location is very central to all the amenities of the town.

Hot water seemed to be available in shower room for only short periods, and prevented me from showering when I would normally choose to do so-I don't like cold showers!

Staff is amazing, very friendly especially Fahri Gives the best location for shopping and assist with Turkish language if any bookings you need during your stay.

Location is good.Very pleased with the stay at the hotel, especially the hospitality of Fahri who solved absolutely all problems, helped with advice and made the stay unforgettable. The hotel is clean and has some amazing views from the rooms as well.

Breakfast is a bit poor for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptionally helpful especially Fahri , he went above and beyond to help us , he organized just about every trip and taxi we had ,worth his weight in gold

I loved everything about the shark hotel, place was spotless & the staff.....well what can I say, best staff by far from anywhere I've ever stayed around the world. So accommodating, friendly & Fahir went over & beyond for us, from booking taxis, giving wake up calls, making sure we had everything we needed & also printed out our boarding passes when we were leaving ? would recommend

The hotel was in a great location easy to get to and not too far from other towns. Very clean with some great staff especially Fahri in reception who went above and beyond to look after us he's definitely an asset for the hotel.

The only thing that needs to improve is the Wi-Fi it was a very poor in the rooms and sometimes had difficulties logging into it.

As we were off season, the pool was closed and the Turkish Baths.

location is 10 min walking from the mall and shops around , clean and nice view , staff are nice and helpful, coffee and water are available 24/7

a bit noisy in the morning, some maintenance machinery works from 9 am TV device and channel need to be renovated

The staffs are very nice and friendly! Especially Fahri arranged everything for me! He took me to buy the SIM card, show me around the city and arrange the taxi to the airport for me in the early morning! It was really helpful and made my trip in Bodrum more enjoyable!

Very friendly staff, Fahri and Nora are always available ... going beyond for any kind of ask. The location is very good, Clean and comfy rooms

The bed was really comfortable, the room size was good and the balcony was amazing.
