Costa Viva Bodrum

The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was plenty big. It had good water pressure staff was really nice. They put out quite a spread for breakfast.And it's right by the beach.I would definitely stay there again

If I was to nitpick, sometimes it took a long time for the hot water to come on.

Cleanliness was not good. Bedroom and bathroom floor were not clean as expected.Breakfast could have a toaster to warm up the bread.Breakfast quite simple as well.

The hotel was clean, the staff were so friendly, the pool was incredible with lots of sunbeds always available as well as floaties and kids toys, and the breakfast was tasty and at good hours. The hotel was close to lots of shops and only a 30 second walk from the beach. They also helped us organize an airport taxi which was super helpful!

We have no complaints, it was just what we wanted and expected.

They were very helpful with us. They upgrade our room because we had bad flight. I truly recommend this place

Costa Viva Bodrum Hotel is a charming and cozy place with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location close to the beach and city center — perfect for a relaxing Bodrum stay.

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The shower had good pressure and the breakfast was very nice.

It is a little difficult to find with a car and challenging due to the city's tiny streets.

We loved the buffet breakfast. This was super good value. We liked the location and the fact there was a pool. The staff were lovely. Good aircon.

Pool was busy at times for the size. The room was small, the photos looked better than the room in person. The construction going on was also hazardous and a bit frustrating.

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sema at the reception is truly a gem; she makes everyone feel welcome. Breakfast was decent.

Extremely unsatisfactory

The room was falling apart with loose light fittings, sub-par furnishing and no warm water provided. We then contacted reception. We were received with terrible service and rude staff. They then came to the conclusion to provide us with a different room, which was not what we had paid for. This room too had no hot water and cleanliness was not up to standard. With a lot of struggle and back and forth while being treated terribly by the staff, we then decided to leave and find a different place to stay. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend booking, the least that the staff could have done was received and accommodated for us in a respectable manner, but it seems that it was too much of an issue to do so.

Fantastic location in the old town of Bodrum. Pool and breakfast excellent ? ? Staff are wonderful and friendly. It's a boutique style hotel - Excellent value stay here!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my husband and enjoyed it a lot. 1. The property offers perfect Turkish breakfast with fresh vegetables and home made food. 2. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff was ready to answer all our quires asap3. The pool area is very nice and cosy4. The location is just in the city center, easily accessible and walking distance from all restaurants and bazaar5.staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help, always smiling6. They offered us to stay longer after check out and leave our bags

When we booked, we didn’t check in advance that there’s no parking available, but the hotel has an agreement with the parking nearby with 50% discount.

This is a pretty basic hotel. Maybe the money spent for fancy new pool would have been better used to refurbish rooms (although everything worked)

Some trouble about the bathroom

Accesible to the beach and right next to the bars, restaurants and shopping area of Bodrum. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Huge thanks to the breakfast team, receptionists Sema, Ozlem and the manager for helping us.

Amazing location and nice staff, Sema and Oslem were very friendly and the whole crew as well.The rooms were clean and tidy, the pool was in a perfect temperature and breakfast was good.I highly recommend the stay here, worthy and reasonable price, i am definitely coming back again. ☺️

An exceptional stay at Costa Viva. Great location - very close to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and 12 minute walk to the Ferry port that takes you to Kos.The staff were so wonderful. Check in was smooth and they catered to all your needs whenever you needed something. Breakfast was included and was a traditional Turkish style breakfast. Fresh everyday with fresh tea and coffee. Absolutely amazing breakfast served near to the pool area with all guests having tables to sit.The room was clean and had everything in it - including a small fridge with water bottles. The beds were extremely comfortable and AC was inside the room to use as you will. The bathroom was very clean.I will definitely be rebooking when in Bodrum again.
