Manaspark Deluxe Hotel

The property is well organized and has an excellent location combining both mountain and sea view, plus it is close to literally everything. The staff are friendly and respectful. The service is quick ,and the food is absolutely AMAZING! :) Also, the place is suitable for families/kids.

The toilet door is not closedI saw a big black worm on the bed and asked for insecticide, but no one brought itThere is no iron, and when I asked for it, they asked me to go to the reception desk and take it from them with the ironing board.Turkish people don't like to smile I don't know why, please tell the waiters to smile and be patient with customers.The food not like before, I came 3 years ago and it was very delicious and varied, needs to improve.

Location is possibly the best you can get!The views are unreal from anywhere in the hotel.The Photos don't do this place justice.Beach is 15 min walk away or 3 min taxi.Staff were incredibly helpful.Family of 5, including a 1 year old - and we had no issues.Food selection is huge, and always something available throughout the day.A few people I spoke to had already been to this hotel before, and I understand why.

Wifi was a hit an miss at times in the room, otherwise fine.

the room and the view were great, bed were super comfy and the breakfast was good as well, except you could see the breakfast items were being repeated off the leftovers of the previous day since itv was off peak. I would expect smaller quantities but fresh breakfast.T

The town close by, i,e OLUDENIZ (mind it we were there in late march so still pretty crispy and chilly weather) was shut and i wish somebody had told us about it. The pool at the hotel was shut as well due to off peak and i wish the hotel mentioned that on the website or description because that was a huge turn off.

The room view was amazing. All rooms have a sea view.

Being a resort, service was extremely poor. Our room was on the third floor. There was no lift. There wasn't enough staff to carry our luggage to our room. The intercom phone was not working. We had to call the customer care number each time to ask for help. The staff could not understand English, so we had to translate every time. We had to go three floors down to reception each time to ask for basic service. The resturant was closed for private party and on that they did not give us cutlery for food.

Excellent spread for breakfast. Good spacious rooms. Clean and tidy

Staff is not very helpful. Reception refused to provide a fourth blanket for quadruple occupancy. Had to beg and call multiple times at night for a blanket as it was very chilly.

I loved this hotel and it was amazing value for money. There was an incredible selection of food every day which some some was cooked fresh in front of you and was very tasty. There was good entertainment in the evenings and great cocktails. The views were the highlight for sure. You get an incredible view of the sea and are surrounded dead by the most picturesque mountains, so the hotel grounds are a perfect place to lounge in the sun and enjoy the views. Location was also great, only a 10 min walk from the beach where you can also book plenty of activities.

The wine wasn’t the best and tasted watered down, but cocktails were excellent Air conditioning is old Floor length mirror would be good in the rooms!

fantastic hotel and location, comfortable bed and lovely room. the views are beautiful. the food was very good, but a little repetitive.

Beautiful views and don’t get those overlooking everyone without being up a hill. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Site does need maintenance pool side (wood sticking up and snapping all over the place only a matter a time before a accident happens) and updating rooms do need a mirror in the living space

The Noise and the luck of reactivity from the staff

I recently stayed at this hotel .The stunning views and delicious food were definite highlights. Additionally, its great location made exploring nearby attractions a breeze.

While the hotel has many admirable qualities, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by several service issues. One significant problem was with the restaurant manager. On our first day, I approached him to request seating for our family of nine. Despite knowing in advance about our group size, he informed me that accommodating us together was impossible due to table arrangements designed for smaller groups. He suggested we return at 7 PM, but this felt unhelpful and frustrating, as we were eager to begin our meal together.The situation escalated on the second day when, after being seated, the manager approached me again and insisted that we were not allowed to sit together. This was particularly disheartening since I had previously sent an email detailing our group size and the purpose of our visit, which was to celebrate my birthday. It felt as though our request was dismissed without consideration.Moreover, on one occasion, we arrived at the restaurant just before closing at 8:50 PM. Instead of allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal, the manager immediately began clearing away the food and even removed serving spoons, making it impossible for us to help ourselves. This rushed behavior was surprising and disappointing, especially in a hotel of this caliber.These interactions with the staff significantly impacted our overall experience, detracting from the otherwise enjoyable aspects of our stay. I hope the management addresses these service shortcomings to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Relaxed vibe , very attentive staff quick service

The facilities were a little tired. Didn’t matter as the group were made to feel so welcome. Great activities and entertainment .

Parking a bit hit and miss

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. They are hard workers. The shows were amazing. Wish there was slides so that the kids enjoy their time.

Better lighting would be beneficial.

The sink in the bathroom is too small and dirty. We had to wait considerable period to find table in the restaurant, also some dishes weren't sufficiently replenished when food ran out.

Only thing I liked was the location

Insects in bed, food wasn’t as great as it looked on the pictures, had to fight 15 mins with a key to either open or close the door so we just left it unlocked at all times. Parking is non existent, spider eggs were on the windows. Most importantly rooms weren’t sound proof as advertised. Also walk to the beach is miserable at best, had to walk up and down the steep hill with cars flying inches from you. Honestly I regret my stay there.

The rest is very bad.We did not like the treatment of the reception staff. They were rude and did not show any attempt to solve any problem. The rooms are narrow and depressing and the furniture is old and in need of renovation. The bed and mattresses are very bad. The bathroom and toilet are old and the cleanliness is poor and in need of renovation. The bathroom is disgusting. The staff are not nice at all. The restaurant is good and the food is varied, but the taste is not good. The internet is very bad, the floors around the swimming pools need maintenance, the wood is old and may lead to foot injuries. the parking is really bad, they always request to remove the car, Definitely a disappointing experience and I will not repeat it

Manaspark Deluxe Hotel, me, and my partner went. We had a family room with a garden. The hotel had an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. Can take a taxi to the sea front, for 250 lira, or it's 10 minutes to walk. They do have a shuttle bus in the morning, around 10:00 once a day to the seafront and back at 16:00 local time. Lots of different food to choose from, good quality, something for everyone, even picky eaters. All the staff who worked there were polite and tried to help as much as possible. If they couldnt help they got someone who could help. They even cooked fresh food in front of you in the main restaurant. It felt they provided the personal touch to our holiday. They remembered conversations, our drinks orders, and gave advice on the best places to go. The staff really are a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean. 24/7 bar next to the pool, provide as much water as needed.

If I had to be really picky, the females were not sure how to make certain drinks, but I think they were new, so with experience, they will get better. We had a hard mattress, I prefer softer but my partner loved it so again that's a personal preference. The snack bar was open from 14:00-17:00 and 22:00-00:00. If you wanted some food around 23:00, the chef didn't seem happy to cook food anymore but the staff managed to get him to cook each time, but you could see he wasn't happy about it.
