Alize Hotel Oludeniz - All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, dinner was good, friendly personal, clean property, pool, activities - all was good.

If you are going to need free wi-fi - definitely it is not your hotel!!! No wi-fi in the room at all. WI-FI was available only outside.

Just the pool it was good all other think it was sooooooo baddddd?

My experience it was so bad with this hotel cuse the value of money was so expensive about the foos and the time of food it was just 2 hour and when they have time of snacks make you in long line and i was need to leave from the fist day but the booking didnt get my money back ???? so i spend abad 5 days in this hotel ???? and i didnt enjoy ????The food It was sooooooooo bad every think it was Dirty and the flys on all the food and the staff was so slowlyt when they prepare some Grills it was bad

Nice hotel, nice staff and good food

Hotel is very well located. It takes max. 5 min walk to the public beach but at the same time it is located a little away from the noisy part of the city. Meals are OK, but don´t expect anyhing special. Room was clean - extra tip for room service did a lot. :-) Most of the staff are willing, but there are exceptions. It is a good value for money for active holidays. The animation team is cool.

Huge problem is WI-FI connection. It is very unstable and it did not work most of the time in our room. The staff in the dining room is uncomfortably active in collecting used dishes from the tables. I had to warn them not to take the dishes away because we hadn't finished. Free cutlery is not available anywhere in the restaurant. You must always request them from the staff.

The hotel is visually very nice sitting at the pool. The pool is a good size. It feels intimate and attractive. It was very clean. There was always lots of food on offer. The beds were made every day and the towels were changed daily. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the central Oludeniz shopping strip. It is a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach, quicker if you were to walk fast. The staff were friendly and helpful with most things. Bottled water is free at all times. Drinks at pool bar free until 11pm. Variety of music playing all day - it’s not too loud. All in all a nice stay.

Ok. The food didn’t vary much. The Turkish chefs cook Turkish food very well. It was delicious. I was there for 5 days and I tried the pizza once, it was uncooked dough. Awful. We had sushi and noodles etc.. also very bad, inedible. There are also always 15 creamy salads on offer that don’t taste of anything other than yoghurt. But generally the food was OK. Rooms were messed up twice during a 5 day stay. Our air conditioning broke - we had to call reception 5 times. It was fixed the night before we left, no compensation was offered. Sometimes the bar had long queues because it was understaffed.

The internet was awful. I barely could connect to the internet. cleanness could be improved.

Staff worked really hard. Pool area very nice with all new sunbeds and umbrellas. Very comfortable beds. Location is good for easy access to shops bars and beach.

Food food and food, this hotel was let down by the quality of the food. Glasses and cups in short supply often had to wait for them to come out of the wash. Never been to a hotel before that had to serve wine in tumblers. Show cooking especially in a morning was so slow, 20 mins to get pancake or omelette. I know the all inclusive finished at 11pm but when the show goes on until 11.05pm and then they charge £3.50 per drink contrived or what!

Food the rice was never cook well, the chef was rude when l asked for kebabs for both me and my wife and said it’s 1 per person but was giving it out to everyone else, swimming pool was dirty as l now have an ear infection from it, staff was rude when my wife wanted to sit down before dinner and they said we had to wait until the doors were open, room was dirty, left used towels on the bathroom floor for them to change and they put it out to dry.We informed them that my wife is immunosuppressed and has a very high risk of catching any kind of illness. This was rectified but it felt that this should have been high on their list for everyone staying there. We hardly ate at the hotel because the food always looked like it had been out for a while in an hot place, again high risk for anyone with low immunity. The room we were given was meant to be a superior room but it was definitely not! It was small and a standard room.

Perfect location, nice and polite personnel. Clean and comfortable.

Had to move room due to faulty air condition unit. kept blowing electrics. Moved rooms at back of the property. felt run down, fridge not working and loose plug socket in bathroom with wires exposed.

Bed is good for Army Camp not 4 star hotel - No towels for the pool - Sheets Are Tired - Room Safe Is 3 £ Day -safe itself dosnt cost 3 £ - its from WW2 .

The rest is good. The staff is super. But there is no evening program for dancing.

The entertainment program in the evening is poor. There is no disco in the evening.

Quiet and clean room with an amazing view, kind staff and excellent service. I recommend everyone comes to Fethiye- Ölüdeniz to book in this great hotel.

Only thing I liked about the hotel was the food but you had to wait long time in the line to get your food there wasn’t enough staff

Staff is unprofessional hotels location is perfect but there is nothing to do in the hotel looks really good on the outside but rooms are old fridge in our room nearly didn’t work it shows in the pictures hotel has water slides but they don’t have water slides anymore there’s no entertainment for kids :( :(

The restaurant personel are the ruddest people i have ever seen ! The front desk too , two words in english simultaneously they give you the Error face ! Bad Customer service, they answer the phone after 10 times . Wifi works only in reception . Rooms are very small , smaller than 10m2 not like they advertised. Bad food Quality , we paid for all inclusive we ended up eating outside . I would stay away from this place as there is much better hotels in the surroundings .
