Belcekiz Beach Club - All Inclusive

My favorite hotel, I love it: the garden, the staff, perfect shows, position, restaurant, rooms.

the pool was cold in September

Location is good, but kind of isolated. The room is good but kits were minimal. Beach was beautiful

Food was not as per expectation, was average and not much of a variety.

The Hotel is a bit old and maybe not worth 5 Stars any more. But the kitchen was splendid, food offer was excellent and varyied every day. This made up for the room stadart. We have been satisfied and happy with the hotel.

At check-in the first night we got rooms close to a disco off site and the noise was quite terrible. The loud music stopped at.midnigjt though. The next day we could get 1 quiet room thanks to the manager who was very understanding. But the children had to stay in the noisy area. .

the beds around the pool were not enough, we could barely find a bed around the pool, the garden area was so big with lots of waste of space, it would’ve been more convenient to expand the pool area by using some space from the garden

Clean, quiet, good food, pleasant and friendly staff. Spa is to die for! ???

The TV is not connected to the internet. It’s such a great flatscreen, and it’s shame that it’s a complete waste without Netflix or at least a possibility to stream to the screen from your phone or laptop.

the sea was magnificent. in addition, the location of the hotel was right in the center, so we had the chance to walk and explore everywhere. entertainments were engaging

restaurant glasses were not clean most of the time, so I needed to keep asking to change. I have been asked to pay fee for safebox use in the room which was not clear on the facilities description

Hotel in front of the beach. it has many bars around the hotel, especially the bar in front of the beach with a beautiful view was very good. good food, ok drinks for an all inclusive. Beer juices and soft drinks of very good quality. Very helpful, kind staff always ready to help with whatever is needed. Nothing to complain . perfect stay. Best Location on the entire beach.

Location of the hotel is amazing, close to the main beach, restaurants, bars , shops ..

Our room was across the street from the main hotel . There was no iron in the room, had to ask front desk for some of my clothes to be ironed ( prices are bit high for ironing services for my liking)

Meal times too short.No bell boy before 08.00.

Location of the hotel was exquisite and right next to the sea which was crystal clean. Food in the restaurant was scrumptious and the staff was very kind and helpful, bartenders especially.

The beach reserved for the guests was rather small due to the hotel having quite narrow structure. The cable car to Babadag is pretty upredictable.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all excellent.

It was our honeymoon and despite us having told the hotel before our arrival and having reminded them upon arrival, no special effort was made. No wine, no champagne not even a banana in a fruit bowl or a congratulations card!

Everything, the food, drink, entertainment and nightlife.

Only little fault, could do with some more music playing round by the pool.
