Belcehan Beach

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Perfect location - just 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and plentiful breakfast.

Our room was on the 1st floor (below the level of the pool). It was always moist. Lots of mold in the bathroom. The fridge didn't work. And probably was made at the time of Ataturk himself. Only two electric sockets, very inconveniently placed.

Location and friendliness of staff

We got the room at the ground floor. Didn’t think to contact the property in advance, so we managed to change only one of our two rooms to a higher floor.

It is in the best location on the Oludeniz coast. There are markets and a pharmacy close to it. It is just 400 meters from the Oludeniz coast.

Everything is acceptable to me.

The rooms, facilities, restaurant, and the hotel and restaurant staff were all great. The swimming pool is probably the best-maintained one we've ever seen in a hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was served personally by the chef, and it was excellent.

I recently stayed at this property and was thoroughly impressed. Its location struck the perfect balance—conveniently close to the beaches and restaurants, yet far enough to avoid the party noise. The environment was welcoming and friendly. However, the standout feature was undoubtedly the staff. They were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Their dedication and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a place where the staff’s support is a significant highlight, this is the spot.

The property is well-situated, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The decoration felt outdated, and it would be beneficial for the management to invest in updating the interiors, particularly the bathrooms. Additionally, the air conditioning system was challenging to adjust to a comfortable temperature. One enhancement for the breakfast buffet could be the inclusion of scrambled eggs, which would add a nice variety to the current options. Overall, while there are some areas needing attention, the location and staff make it a worthwhile choice.

Common areas were nice, so was the pool.

Extremely noisy from a nearby bar of sorts, until midnight or perhaps later. Quality of sleep is essential for a hotel.

Not far to walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast ok. Outside space updated. With new lounges and bar seating area.

Shower very small rooms need updating.

The hotel itself looks very nice and clean. Free parking is available, and it was important for us since we travelled by car. Breakfast is very good, we love that Turkish breakfasts have lots of veggies. And special kudos to amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. We forgot our shoes in the room when we checked out and left, and the reception staff texted us on what's up to let us know, so we could come back and pick it up. Thank you so much for that, it was very much appreciated.

Bathroom does its job but needs renovation, it's very old, and water from the sink was dripping on the floor a bit. There was no kettle in the room

Good location, there is Parking on site, rooms with balconies and air conditioning, there is a swimming pool.

Limited opening and closing time of the pool, slightly shabby rooms, it would be worth adding at least one hot dish and a side dish for breakfast (at least oatmeal or potatoes)

Terrible place, very old and stuffy, air con doesn’t work, terribly hot at night, wifi doesn’t work, bathroom dirty and badly working shower and toilet, this is horrible location to stay especially for 70euro!!!! This place should be closed for renovation

close to the beach, staff was super kind, nice pool (9am-6pm) , nice balkony. early check in was possible without extra charge. and after check out there was a possibility to let the bags there and take shower. recommended.

the bathroom needs a little renovation, and more brackets. the breakfast (8-10am) was Basic and not enough options.

Good apartment in good location with parking, which is very important if you come by car.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible Turkish breakfast served each morning, boasting a delectable spread of pastries, local delights, and fresh fruits that left me eager for breakfast time.The charm of the Belcehan lies in its intimate and cozy atmosphere, avoiding the bustling crowds of larger establishments. The attentive staff made me feel like a valued guest. It was such a pleasure to walk to the beach without needing transportation. When not exploring, I found the hotel's pool area an inviting oasis of relaxation, complemented by a well-stocked bar where you can buy refreshing beverages and light snacks.The comfortable and clean rooms at the Belcehan provided all the essentials for a pleasant stay, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep after days of adventure.In conclusion, if you crave an affordable hotel with an incredible Turkish breakfast, easy beach access, and a cozy pool area, the Belcehan is your ideal choice in Oludeniz.

The staff were amazing. They were there to help with whatever we needed help with. They were very friendly and welcomed us warmly.

The toilet flush stopped working. It wasn’t repaired but we managed to fix it.

Nothing to like except for the location

Avoid this hotel by all means, they are so rude and scammers. They scam British people and they are so racists with others First of all, the reception was so rude The first day we did our check in, they did not want to take the payment which was weird. On the next day, the rude receptionist wanted to charge us 3 thousand TL extra using the exchange rate difference as an excuse. Here is the story, we reserved through booking using our bank card so that they take the payment online. The total we were supposed to be charged was 8k Tl with the booking discount. They refused to take the payment online and wanted to charge us extra depending on the check in date exchange rate which is not acceptable. The rude receptionist said that I could have taken the payment earlier but it’s me who decides when and how to take it. The check in day we were given the worst room ever as usual not the one we have reserved. We complained about it and they changed for another room. Cleaning is poor and they do not provide shampoo or conditioner. The was no water at the room. Also, we wanted to pay in Euros since the exchange rate was higher than expected, they took money from our bank account which we used for the reservation without us being informed , though we told the receptionist we will bring cash but he took money without having an excuse to tell. Breakfast is repetitive. The only thing that I was thankful for was the location. But there are so many hotels out there.

The price was the main reason why I chose this hotel provided my minimum requirements were met (rating, WiFi, parking, breakfast). The bed is comfortable. WiFi good for videocalls. Parking available. Staff is kind.

Unfortunately, the place is noisy -- you hear the cars passing by paved road, the dishes from nearby kitchen of Chinese restaurant, pool and bar area as well as what people talk on the neighboring balcony 2m away. Finally, the mosque with its characteristic sounds is not far. Fortunately after midnight it became quiet.The room itself has some outdated pieces of furniture, shower and door handles. However, all is kept in working state, repaired and clean. The breakfast quality is good, however the choice is somewhat limited (vegetables, boiled eggs, 1 cheese, 1 sausage looking unattractive). I would prefer a better choice of sausages + bacon + beans in tomato sauce. It would be nice to have not just cornflakes, but müsli (dried fruits were already provided).Most of the clients are older people.
