Great location - 2 minute walk to the water. Lovely property with restaurant, bar and pool. All members of the staff are very friendly and available.

Great restaurant, DJ playing good music gave a great atmosphere.

The people who work at the hotel and in the restaurant are extremely friendly. I had two dogs and they were very gracious, also welcoming them for dinner in the restaurant on a Friday night.The location, size of rooms, terrace, everything was good. Nice park behind the hotel and a lovely walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Perfect for exploring the city and beaches.

My only constructive criticism is to do something to isolate the sliding glass doors to the terrace. They are not very isolated which, in winter, means the heating ventilator blows all the time. For them expensive. For guests, quite loud. I managed to convince myself it was the sound of waves and that made it okay. Still it must cost them a fortune!

Overall we are happy with the property. It would be huge if the shower can be more accommodating for disability. Appreciate the handle bar installed. It was very slippery on the floor. May want to consider putting non skid Matt to prevent falls

the hotel rooms need complete renovation - after that, in 2025 I guess the hotel could be very nice - but until then I could not recommend it

Good location. Lovely shaded areas by the pool and not too noisy. Excellent service and food.

Wifi not great, especially in the room. Restaurant can do with a refresh.

Parts of the hotel were tired, particularly the balcony and the front of the hotel.

bit overpriced and could need a renovation. rooms are quite noisy by people walking on the coridor. try to get a room on the end of the corridors.parking included in the price, charger for electric cars available, very kind stuff.

Great Room,fantastic location.Nice breakfast pool area great.Really close to the seafront and with safe free parking.

Unexpectedly all poolside loungers and unbrellas booked on Saturday. We were aware of the Sunday brunch events, but not that we would be unable to get a decent sunbed on the Saturday. Seemed like people coming for lunch could book and use pool all day. Would have been happy to book, or make alternative arrangements if we'd been informed. The only disappointment in the whole stay.

The best was definitely the restaurant’s staff friendliness and willingness to help! They made our stay really nice and the food is super good? !

The rooms would need some refreshing as well as the external facade of the hotel, but those remained inessential finally.

Location was great and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very responsive and approachable

WiFi was not consistent

I liked the restaurant the food was good. The room felt very cozy.

We didn’t like our view. The bed was two beds pushed together and kept separating.

Everything fine when we arrived, and room was easy to locate, with lift etc. Nice setting not too far from beach and main facilities.

On the third night (Pentecost public holiday), we went to the restaurant to find that it was closed. There was a storm outside, so not logistically possible to find another restaurant. We had not been advised that the hotel restaurant would be closed during our stay. Not good communication or management.

The suite is beautifully furnished, with an excellent bed, and a large, private terrace. There is a charger for a modern electric car!
