Hotel Le Quetzal

Nice size room. Very central location so you can walk easily from there to stores, restaurants, the harbor and the beaches. The onsite parking lot is convenient. We did not use the swimming pool area but people seemed to enjoy sun tanning and resting around it.

The A/C was on the weak side and the parking was extremely tight. Also, the reception area is not ground level and necessitate the climbing of steep stairs to get there.

The hotelItself and breakfast is excellent, one thing that's missing is no coffee pot and water privide to the room. Client first arrival might need a drink while here in the hotel.

It's great, the facility NOT too far from the beach , 5 minutes walk to the beach just fun.

No ramp to main entrance, had to carry suitcases up steps..

Staff was particularly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a little plain for 15 euros per person.

Great - location, parking, staff, pool, shading etc from trees, quality of room - would have liked a fridge - cleanliness, breakfast etc etc

Lack of fridge

The room was clean and spacious. Liked that it had a separate toilet from shower room.

There really needs to be a kettle and mugs in the room. Some of our party had baby bottles to make up and had to go and buy a kettle. Personally for me I like to be able to make a cup of coffee first thing and a cup of tea before bed.

Everything just worked. Staff were friendly and very helpful, quickly answering our requests and questions.Place looks great, and rooms are everything you need.

It's not the closest hotel to the beach but it's not really that far from it.

No pool towels, which was odd. You could buy one but for a 2 day stay and we only spent an hour or so at the pool, seemed rather a waste.

Good location with east access to the beach and town. Very clean and tidy with a nice sized room

The walls were a little thin as you could hear people walking around upstairs and moving of furniture

Lovely place to stay on the way back to the aiport from the pacific coast. very friendly team, we had a nice time.

The room was very beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was amazing. I liked also the fact that every level has a lobby /lounge area with nice pool view. Also the room has a big balcony with table but sadly no fridge in the room.

I didn't like the atmosphere at the pool too quite no background music and the water was bit cold but we enjoyed anyway. The room when we arrived was very cold and we only had blanket in the room, not duvet.But the only thing which bother us was the fact they take deposit after deposit. The price for a triple room was very good (214£ for 2 days) but they take us 92£ 2 days before check in, when we check in we paid the price of staying and another deposit (around 90£). I was bothered because no one really made us aware about it before, no emails, no information online. I ve been in different countries, different hotels and never paid 2 deposits.

I liked the clean room, location and parking

No iron in the room, only in the lobby, and it damages the clothes. Electronic key was not working 3 times out of 4 my attempts to come back to the room in the evening.Reception is not working until 7 a.m. I could not check out, though there was a notice with their phone number that I can call for them any time day and night.First night it was very load because of some party at the swimming pool.

Lack of minibar in the room. Miss Water fountain ( or free water bottle in the room upon arrival could be good) . Healthier snacking at the bar ( fruit? )

Nice and comfortable hotel in modernist building. Recently renovated. Nice pool, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
