What I liked most was the location, which was very close to everything: slopes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff was also very attentive.

While the breakfast was sufficient, it lacked variety.I would have preferred some vegetables, but that’s just my personal choice.

Proximity to the lifts, great breakfast, friendly staff

    9FrédériquePosted on: 11-17-2024

I was upgraded to the Larix Hotel. Great location, big room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The included breakfast in the morning was a classic buffet with eggs, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. You also get the SaastalCard for free transportation all around Saas.

They are no fridge in the room and the room key is a little bulky.

Our apartment was changed to the Larix hotel. Everything was perfect!! good breakfast with different dishes. Perfect nature and adorable marmots. Thanks

The location is good, next to the Spielboden lifts.

The bed was very uncomfortable - this room was apparently an upgrade but I had 2 really bad night sleep (between the bed and the very uncourteous neighbours slamming the door next door and talking very loudly)

    8EricaPosted on: 8-4-2024

Comfy bed! In this room, we did not need courtains because it was on the fourth floor, and we had a mountain view. Also, the sound of the river nearby was pleasant.

The roof above the shower was low. For me (1.65m) was ok, but not for my husband (1.78m).

Great location, close to everything. Clean and nice personal! A little small, but we had everything we need for our stay

    8JustinPosted on: 4-8-2024

Cheap and cheerful, but that doesn't mean it was bad in any way. Quiet, right in the center, close to the lifts, well maintained and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Excellent value for Saas Fee.

The ski room really needs to be sorted out. It smells really bad and there were puddles all over the concrete floor.

We absolutely loved the view from our room, could see Dom - the highest purely Swiss mountain, and also Taschhorn. Hotel Burgener is greatly placed, so close to the slopes. Staff was very friendly and helpful ?. Felix Ski Hire was very accommodating, very reasonable prices and we could store our skis there as well. Great walking opportunities in the area too. Bodmen restaurant was just a cherry on our Swiss cake, never seen that many guinea-pigs and rabbitsinone space. Plus we won a prize in Saas Fee Easter Nest Hunt so absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you ?

    Very happy.

breakfast was OK, except for the mornings when the cook had the day off and there was no eggs and no bacon.

The ski room was terrible. No heating and no fan to dry clothing and equipment. No racks for skis or boards. No place to put ski boots. The floor was wet.It was just a basement room with stuff on and under the seats or leaning against the walls. Some stuff was there the whole week - the room was never cleaned or tidied.

    8DavidPosted on: 2-14-2024

good choice of continental breakfast as expected and scrambled eggs and bacon also offered. Nice bar and restaurant too

to charge an extra chf7 for chips with your burger seemed like a rip off.

    9NicolasPosted on: 1-23-2024

Very small, but you can make space by putting your stuff in the closet. There is a TV and a small table with two chairs. There is a balcony with nice view and two chairs. It was good to have free breakfast: fruits, nice croissants, cereals, etc. They prepare for you on the spot your coffee and your fried/scrambled eggs.

No double bed, it's 2 single beds.No reception, you need to contact Hotel Larix for support. No safety box, no hair dryer. No fridge, but you can simply put your food/drinks outside.

Excellent property. Great host (Ruud from Netherlands). Very friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade close to the slopes. Ruud was helpful. The Saastal card was great value. Got to do some work - great wifi. Excellent breakfast

    Everything was great.

Great location and close to restaurants and shops. Also Minigolf right outside. Beautiful views of the mountains and the breakfast was really good.

    Creaky and loud bed frame

perfect position, clean and spacious room. great staff very friendly and helpful. would stay again.

    restaurant not open in evening

    9TomPosted on: 3-4-2023

Nice room with view on the mountains, very well located. Nice breakfast to start the day.

On the day of departure, the reserved taxi of the hotel did not arrive, I had to wait more than 30 minutes. There was a problem with one of the electric cars but it would have been nice if they would have warned me, as I wanted to leave in time for a long drive home.
