- Beautiful Hotel. Amazing facilities spa, fitness. Quality dining. Had great time in the bar after the days end. Bar lady was great. Staff were kind and friendly over all. Very good experience..
- HOTEL IS SITUATED IN 3 BLOCKS & IS DIFFICULT TO FIND ONES WAY AROUND
Cons -
- The road to get there. So scary, the chofer driving so fast
- DIFFICULTY IN FINDING OUR WAY AROUND THE HOTELS 3X BLOCKS & MANY FLOORS
- While we like the chef’s 8+ courses menu at the restaurant Casar Ritz, we thought the service could be improved to be more in line with the gourmet menu

We have stayed in this hotel two more times. Some things are consistently very good - service, hospitality. Some others are getting worse. Facilities are aging amd should get a refresh, and the food (breakfast and restaurants) was average.
Hotel great: could do with a kettle in the room, only complaint. Staff were brilliant, especially the bar staff
Kettle in room!! You also had to pay for tea at the afternoon tea. The cakes were included and were delicious
Location and facilities
Staff were slow and limited options for gluten free people
Rooms are good, we got a mountain room, but on the ground level--I find that if I book through Booking.com I get the worst room in the category for the hotel--I'm thinking that they save the better rooms for people that book directly
We opted for the half board which was not clear in the charge. The booking.com site said, "Half board for 109", but didn't give the option to pay--so I texted the hotel to see if they could add it which they did. What wasn't clear is that it was $109 per person per night--no where was that clear and so, for us, it added up to an extra $450 total--NOT worth it!!and there was no negotiating with the manager on the misstep.
There was so much choice for breakfast and it was all delicious
When I rang to book a table for dinner I asked for a bath but only got a shower as I was told none were available , however our friends actually got a bath.
Definitely up there as one of my favourite hotels. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly all the way from our receptionist to the bartenders to waiters to piano player. Super charming buildings and interior. Spa comprehensive and delightfully relaxing. Food top notch.
Attentative staff
Room too hot, no option to regulate temperature.
The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!
Everything, the Spa, the bar ( cocktails are fantastic! Passionfruit caipiroska is a must!)
It was a bit pricey
Very nice staff , beautiful room very functional, central location , excellent transport service , very well organized SPA and existing cigar room
Restaurant not at same level of the hotel
Spa massages and the fact that the spa managed to find the timings we wanted was great. The drivers of the ski and transport buses were EXCEPTIONAL & wonderful. They were doing their best & I appreciated them.
The fact that so many mistakes and shortcomings had to be constantly rectified. Breakfast was basic and below average. There was staff training going on which meant they were not trained & always with strange responses and attitudes. The Italian restaurant service was poor.
The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.
Everything was perfect Nice staff, stylish hotel, very warm and accommodating, you couldn’t get a better stay in Saas-Fee
Nothing - only that we stayed too short
Room was decent vis-à-vis the price but was gloomy and decoration really old fashioned. Spa was available but couldn't use due to scheduling conflict. Breakfast was reasonable but should have had better options given a five star rating of the hotel.
Food options should be wider than focus on Italian only. There was limited choice in chicken, no lamb option in the menu and very limited option in fish. Free drink is limited to one welcome only. Water is pricy. Spa and massage needed prior booking. No option seen to purchase swimming shorts on spot.
Great hotel, comfortable, large room and a maginficient spa. the hotel was really close to the lifts and ski rentals which we really appreciated.
There could be more waiters in the breakfast area, it took us some time to order our morning cofees.
Rooms are modern inside & spacious, several excellent restaurants onsite. Excellent breakfast to get the day started and if half board a 4/5 course evening meal with a great menu. Extensive & varied wine list. Large wellness area & pool, massage available.
