- Fabulously well-located, quite close to my conference venue and excellent value for money! The staff were super helpful, sending the 'car' to pick me up and dropping me back to the bus station.

Cons -
- Some things were not comfortable- no bedside table was very annoying, and the table in the room was tiny, making it uncomfortable. Also had to put the kettle on the floor which was annoying. The breakfast was very small, the selection was very little I think. Like for cold cuts, you got handed 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of meat. But maybe it’s because there were very few guests in the hotel, so I won’t be too hard on them. I went in the wrong season (May) and everything in town was closed which was really frustrating and definitely affected my experience. Getting to the hotel was a big hassle, it was a long walk from the station with the suitcase on cobbled streets and uphill. Luckily there was a free taxi provided the other way, which was nice.
- Everything was great, including the sauna

We really like the location because it is very quiet and cosy, also not so many tourists and confusion.Perfect place for relaxing.
Location, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was a joke
Cheap and nice staff. Good sauna. Picked us up from car park.
Rooms very basic
Well located and high standard of cleanliness. Excellent restaurant on site.
Room a bit dated
Everything was great, the staff was super friendly, the restaurant excellent (try the noodles), the bedroom very cozy and we were pleasantly surprised as we didn’t know there was a sauna and steam room. Overall a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing ⛷️❤️
I have stayed there several times. It is a erfect hotel in every way. I visit my son and it's in a perfect situation.
I wish I could still ski !!!!
Spacious rooms, great balconies Good breakfastLocation; patio in the front
Rooms lack charm - all furnitures and accessories are IKEA.
Location was good with a quiet room. Staff were friendly and gave us extra tips for finding Marmots. Breakfast was great, very good spread of food.
Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious and after a long day of hiking we were so thankful for the on-site restaurant for dinner.
No issues
Great service and food
Shelf above the bed— kept hitting head on it
Quiet mountain hotel, good location, nice view
Rooms a little old-fashioned
The breakfast was very good, the hotel has a restaurant for dinner and the food is just delicious.
The mattress was not the most comfortable, it was too soft. There was a wall clock whose ticking made me a bit nervous. If customers appreciate to have a clock in the room, I’d suggest to change the type.
really good place to stay. Very central, with excellent restaurant. Most of the staff were absolutely lovely, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, but disappointing to have to pay extra for an omelette. The skiraum near the Alpin Express was a great asset.
Paying extra for an omelette.
Convenience with transfer from parking and to slopes. Sauna, Hammann,
Burger - such a nice restaurant and menu, too bad processed meat used for burger.
very clean. Good Wifi. Breakfast was nice.
Very basic room - for example there wasn't even a light by the bed (so necessary to use the overhead light at all times). Also noisy - no carpets or rugs in corridors so sound carried. The ski room is very small, they encourage you to use the lockers by Alpin Express lift for your equipment.
I have stayed here before. It is a lovely, well run hotel, clean and very pleasant. It is ideally located for me to visit my son who works in Saas Fee
Sadly this time the restaurant was not open.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They picked us up from the parking lot with an electrical van to take all our ski equipment. Clean hotel with good views from the room. Big room. Nice breakfast.
The double bed has 2 narrow and not very comfortable mattresses. It would be a big improvement to just have one and comfortable mattress... The room was a little cold. The decor needs some improvement to make it cosy.
