Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, good value for money

Great location and shower. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Room is large with good storage for hiking stuff and a great balcony. Easy walk to anywhere in town. Hiking and trip to top of the glacier were wonderful.

Bed was not very comfortable.

Hotel Christiana was a nice place to stay in central Saas-Fee. The owner was helpful and knowledgeable about the area (i.e., for hiking, skiing (though we visited in the summer), buses, and more). The adjoining Thai/Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast was very nice too (i.e., espresso machine, croissants, yogurt, cereal, dumplings, etc.). The room was nice with a large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Location n staff

May need tetanus shot after entering ski raum Spa never ready and never was collected at bus upon arrival despite a confirmation .. rooms were dated dirty n a bug presented itself late at night. An offer was made upon check in that if they don't clean your room you receive a bottle of wine ..I never received either.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the village. The breakfast buffet is excellent! The restaurant belonging to the hotel is also excellent.

Loved the breakfast. They have everything that I needed. The bread rolls were great.

Soft cheese to cut.

Fantastic location, super friendly staff and wonderful selection of tasty food and drinks for breakfast. The wellness area is a real bonus and the boot room is safe and secure. Highly recommended

A lovely family feel with kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was a special highlight with fantastic Thai food.

The rooms located at one end above the late night bar were affected by loud music until 1am which was frustrating.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The room was very cosy and warm, well equipped with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. I'll be back to this hotel and magical Saas-Fe :-)

Lovely hotel. The basement level was a wellness centre - sauna, steam room, etc which opened at 4pm each day and we had it to ourselves most days! Nice and quiet location.

Excellent location within 2 mins of Aores Ski bars, Linnie 2&3 mini electric buses from the main Alpin Exoress and in the hub of restaurants and eateries. The hotel collect and drop from the main bus station and the 511 bus to ciao is awesome and reliable and breakfasts are wonderful and connection to the Asian Fusion restaurant is wonderful. Book well before your arrival.

3rd floor and the bar/ club reverberates through the old building until early hours of the morning. I had to use noise canceling headphones !!

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, but the staff I interacted were simply amazing! Highly recommend!!

My sister and I had a great stay at Hotel Christiana for the yodelling festival in Saas Fee. Great view! Staff were so friendly and helpful ? I loved my early morning birding hike! The location was great! Will definitely stay there when I return for the festival ?

The hotel is in a great central location. The room was good - clean & comfortable, with the balcony affording a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was also good. The hotel staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful as we had issues both on getting to Saas Fee and also on the return. And in both cases they stayed to collect and welcome us. And fantastic in helping after a nearby landslide and the travel disruption that caused. We’re looking forward to our return
