there wasnt anythng to like abt the resort. The photos and the reality and very different. There is a lack of mgmt

The room, hygiene, service, view- nthgn was in place. there was no one to take care of the same.

Worst stay of my life , even a tier 5-7 city or town would have better facility

Excellent view, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast could be better it was 3.5/5 I will definitely re-visit this property.

The Cab drivers out are out right looting the customers in the hotel. After informing the reception also, there seems to be no help from their end.

No cleanliness, not value for money, cottages has monkey problem and stay denied to do anything abput it. Poor cottage construction and zero cleanliness

The service was top notch and the breakfast spread was also delicious .

Only problem we faced was with water leaking in our room from the roof.However they immediately changed our room when they were informed.So all good.

Food was great. Room size was great.

Was asked to pay a 'deposit' to confirm my stay AFTER giving my credit card details on booking.com. Had to call them up and clearly tell that I was coming. Don't respond well when called on numbers given online. Room amenities are old. ACs don't work well. Reception is responsive but don't help with travel to and from the airport. The taxis overcharge.

everything is old and smelly, the bathroom just smelled really really bad and the sheets were dirty

cleanliness is way below expectations, even for Goa, even for the price

The staff was very rude. We did not stay there. The common bathrooms were dirty and it was stinking.

Good breakfast, but I wish fruit variety could be more.

No bedside control of lights & no table lamps.No washbasin towels .

The view from the property is awesome.

Everything else is very average, the rooms were newly painted and hence were stinking.

The location was great surrounded by trees river in the front and antique vibes through the villa

Cleanliness did not meet standards very dusty and rusty at many places

I’ve seen a ghost for the 1st time in life and have experienced paranormal activities along with all my boys. later found out that it is a haunted property. please remove this place from your site. this is nuts!!

Other than the fact that the property is located by the river , nothing else was nice .ideally in those narrow lanes a board indicating the place would be great.but the staff said they had told the management , but nothing was done .

The room 508 had a super bad smell, the bathroom even when not is under would stink .service was pathetic ..you ask for one thing and then you had to call like atleast 5 times before anyone Popped up.we had to call off the stay ..we were booked from 2 to 7 Jan , but we left on 4 th ...we asked for a possibility of refund , were not given ...we asked for possibility of getting a rain check to maybe use the place later sometime , we were not given .Over and above that despite giving up our money for the additional nights that we decided not to stay , we were asked to pay the bill for room service ...We said you have enough money from us and even for commission's that you may be giving to the booking.com.....you would have enough .....but to no avail ..Felt quite cheated...Over all a bad experience and I don't think I would recommend it to anyone that I know of .Oh yaa and by the way , while booking we were asked if we wnated the rooms close by ..and we clicked yes ....so much so for trying to show professionalism we were put in two diff blocks ...They asked us , if there was anything special that was needed to make this stay great ....so I said yes it was my parents 50 th anniversary ...Well nothing was done special ...and rightfully so when the basics were not in place ...how do we expect special ....So my question is why do you ask questions on the site when the property can do nothing about it ..

location - GREAT, spacious rooms

staff, no TV, bathrooms stink, no bath towels till checkout, cleaning and maintenance- terrible

the staff and service were the only really nice thing about this property. they were very sweet and accommodating. they took some time to make the kitchen in a working condition which was pretty nice.

the rooms of the villas are so not what you would think or have seen in the pics. the hot water is not available all the time and also it isn’t as hot; solar powered so you gotta take a shower in the morning if u need hot water. there was no gas cylinder and the kitchen in the villa was not functional. Rooms are tiny, jacuzzi didn’t work, light fan switches need work as the electric connections are all very messed up. AC remotes have missing batteries.

Location of the hotel is at great place near river. Staff was professional and very polite, helpful. Housekeeping staff always take care of cleanliness. Welcome drink was provided at the arrival. Room is spacious even balcony also. Food is yummy.The hotel property is located at a peaceful place.

Pleasant waiters n receptionist. Big room. Near pool.Tasty paneer dish, fresh breakfast. Clean pool.

King fish fry horrible. So so bad. Yuk.No toilet paper. No pool side towels. No bar or drinks available. No English channels on the TV.Broken river side bridge. Not safe at all. Room phone or landline was dead. Had to go to the reception again n again.
