Cleanness can be improved specially the pool section and bathrooms

Centrally located in Calangute. Access to everything nearby - the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, taxis, etc. However the hotel's ideally located on a quiet street. Cleanliness is key - house cleaning provided daily. They provide water bottles every day. The rooms are air conditioned room, spacious with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant that gives breakfast a la carte; as well as dinner. Nice meals at reasonable rates. The host, Simon is friendly and attends to your every need. This is the perfect stay for a solo traveler like me.

It's hard to find anything to dislike about my stay at this hotel.

Great hotel at a reasonable price with a swimming pool. Extremely comfortable and tidy. Free bottled water, fresh bed linen and cleaning every day.The main treasure of this hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, extremely polite and helpful. The cook at the hotel was a master chef, very good quality and tasty.Special credit and big thank you to Simon who is the manager of the hotel for the welcome.

Location At prime area with neaby beaches and availabity near by hotel, Staff is Good is very helpful and good behaviour

Lovely hotel, perfect location, kind staff. Breakfast had lots of choice and was always delicious! Wi-Fi was spotty at times but nothing too inconvenient. Pool was clean and a refreshing change to the busyness of the beach. Overall was fantastic value for money and would recommend staying!Please be careful not to accept a taxi from right outside the hotel in the street.

Small room and balcony, no wardrobe space, needs total refurbishment, pictures on website were nothing like the real thing, breakfast was very poor wouldn't reccomend

Location is great

Overall cleanliness and hygiene isn't up to the mark for the prices charged. Room size is small and looks big in the pictures & bathroom isn't good at all.

The kitchen personel made me 2 fried eggs at breakfast without asking for it, when he saw me not choosing the spicy indian food. Really nice gesture! ??Soft and nice bed.Quite good breakfast buffet with cornflakes and cold milk (if you ask for it), coffee/tea, orange juice, toast with butter and jam, and watermelon and two types of typical Indian breakfast.

Worn impression of the room interior, mold stains on the ceiling and faint mold smell in the room when arriving and before the AC was running. The only way to lock the door when leaving, was to first press the lock button on the inside of the door knob before closing the door, strange lock mechanism I haven't seen before. ?I accidentally lost my room key, and it was a quite high penalty fee of 800 rupees (~9 euros) for that!

Ac was not operational ,washrooms are not clean

Stayed here in June for 2 weeks, found the staff very friendly, which made me feel at home. The room was excellently cleaned. The manager Simon was a gentleman and very helpful, as were the other staff. Looking forward to returning later this year.

Pretty close to Calangute beach, daily cleaning, good breakfast, clean swimming pool and close to all other tourist places.

Lizards all over the hotel. They should do something about it. If you keep the balcony door open then lizards will enter your room. They must have some pet cats to eat those big lizards.

Rooms in ground floor were suffocated, mosquitoes were add on for overall inconvenience

Nothing as Such , pathetic breakfirst, and their is no accountability .

The Parking was given by hotel authorities, wherein i parked my car. the next day found my rear wind shield broken and no one has taken the accotability for the same.Staff said this is not the their parking that too when one of the staff member has taken me there. Owner said it is not his look out , not their was any curtesy or sympathy. I ended up paying 16k fo r the repair.No one should get into this hotel, the pictures shown in the site are not real, its an old make with poor hospitality.

The bed was bit uncomfortable as it was joint 2 single beds.

It was very good location...for Calangute and Baga beach... Good staff and clean nests.... Swimming pool wonderful experience....Breakfast was very nice totally worth for money ?

The property is fine, but the staff is very rude, not at all professional, not even friendly I would say the manager is very arrogant, unprofessional, unethical, racist and totally disappointed with the manager.The rooms are very small, they show you something else while booking the hotel and give you something else at reaching the locationThey don’t even provide you with water bottles everyday, and you need to rush after them for room service regularly.They are just looting the customers everyday and charging very high for nominal rooms and provide you with lot of disappointment.Overpriced rooms for below average stay and property.
