The Restaurant wash room,the visitors just throw the used tissues all over the placeSomeone should keep check.It's a good hotel, and l don't want it to loose it's reputation.

It's a little off the main market area, but accessible if you have a scooter. I liked the big clean beds and the large room sizes. The staff were coordinated and prompt. Breakfast was available but I had better options. Being next to a green area, I could hear peacocks in the distance in the morning at dawn. I definitely didn't expect that. The view of the forest was nice.

The bath could have been a lot cleaner, and the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. Apart from that, it was quite normal for the area.

The service staff were quick and efficient. The restaurant served tasty meals.The service here was competent

A bit distant from the main city centre and bus stand. Was tiresome for senior citizens like us.Transport was difficult to get from the hotel premises.

The Washrooms seating are unclean there is no toilet cleanliness.The bedside had all dust around the bed.

I like the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the courteous staff. The only problem I had was the AC in the room wasn't working too well. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to friends any day.

Only location... ac was very poor... bathroom roof are broken... I m not happy this time ... food was good but very high rate ....

Not happy

Location was apt for travelling to different destinations.Very friendly, obliging and accommodating hotel staff specially Brendon Mahesh Pooja and others whose names I dont remember (apologies). Special mention here and a thank you to Mr. Dominic (hope i got the name right) for the upgradation.Even though we did not take the breakfast package the food ordered was very good.

The entrance to the hotel and adjoining building could be made attractive to enhance the ambience of the hotel. overall have no complaints.

Leakages in toilet

Nothing really, it was suggested but even they said the hotel has declined in recent years

The room was cramped due to the concrete pillars in the room making it feel a lot smaller. The staff were not helpful and either didn't or chose not to speak English which made it difficult to ask questions. There was no toilet paper, towels or info on wifi and I had to ask for each of them

In the information letter sent by you during my booking confirmation at Boshan Hotel, it was written that I will get breakfast for Rs.200/-. But more charge was being made for breakfast. For this the policy is said to be a change for youAlso, in the information letter sent by you, it was written that you will get lunch/dinner for Rs.500/-. That was also not applicable to us. This required the only MEP to be a plan holder which was incorrect.Most importantly how the room was mutually cleaned when we were not in the room or without any discussion or permission from us.

On booking website it said higher floor... But i got a 2nd floor place. The upper floors were not part of the hotel i was told

The hotel is very near to MapusaIt's very clean and convenientThe hotel staff is awesome as they helped us with all the possible ways.

Hot water was an issue.

The breakfast could have been better and food kept warmer. Tea was cold. The location is good but could be better maintained. The entrance always had puddles of water.

Room maintenance . Facilities in the room poor. Fridge never worked even after changing it.

Checkin time after 1 pm ,if someone reached by 10.30 has to wait for an hour and half to get check in.
