Completely Misleading and Disappointing StayI wish I had seen a review like this before booking. My experience at this property was disastrous.Pet-Friendly - A Lie: While advertised as pet-friendly, the property's own pets make it impossible for your pet to move freely. This is completely misleading.Zero Service: There is no in-room telephone or room service. At check-in, you'll receive a towel and soap, and that's it. No room cleaning is provided.Horrendous Food Service: Expect a 2-hour wait for breakfast. With only 2-3 basic options, and no ability to request simple things like boiled eggs. The 2 staff members cannot handle the amount of guest.Filthy Conditions: The pool is green with algae and smells awful. Garbage is visible throughout the property. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable.Ruined My Trip: This property completely ruined my vacation. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here.Avoid at all costs!"

I like location

I will pay total 3day amount to property But I will stay only 1 day after I will check outBut property does not refund 2day booking amount.

We truly enjoyed the stay at your resort... The staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Property is very well maintained.Will surely recommend the resort.

The location is good,walking distance to the beach,the room is comfortable,the place is quiet and a lot of greenery around.The staff is helpful.Highly recommended.

Room comfort and cleaning

The location - superb. Very near to the beach on Holiday St. We were at Ph-1 of the resort. The beach is not crowded at this place as well. The staffs, especially Subroto, Rakesh, Abhinandan were very good and supportive.The surroundings and living within nature feeling. Garden, trees..Good food and its availability almost all time.Supportive front manager (Yasin); always with a smile.Would like to stay again in future !!!

Anything was not really there, that bothered us. But if have to mention, maybe a couple of things could be :- - We opted for a std AC room, it was mentioned to have electric kettle with tea/coffee condiments as an amenity. That was not included. But that's not a show stopper.- The std AC room is a bit smaller than expected. There was almost no space to keep extra bedding supposed to be for the third person, so we hadn't used that. The tariff of this room seemed a higher compared to its size and facilities.

Nothing to like about. A big NO.

The rooms weren't clean as expected. bed n bed sheets were stingy...a very bad odour. had to tell them to replace it. extra mattress provided was very bad and the bed sheet was torn. Room didn't have a telephone to call the reception. Full payment was taken from us but even after repeated request and reminder bill was not provided. Staff is not at all responsive or efficient. Wont recommend anyone.

Wow amazing stay at such affordable rates Hardly 7 minutes walk from the bich High speed wifi also helped me to complete my work and assignment initially booked for 1 night but I decided to extend for 3 more nights staff also helped me in getting a bike on rent l am coming back again here on my next workation trip..…

Our stay in ondas do mar phase 1 was extremely good we liked the location very much also I liked the fact that the hotel is pet friendly so I could take my dog along with me to stay here staff was also very helpful and polite will certainly recommend to all my friends....

बकवास sarvice

ऐसे होटल में मत भेजो जहा sarvice बिलकुल बकवास मिलती हो मैंने red lebel शराब मंगाई थी होटल के स्टाफ से 1 haf उसने 1100 का लाकर दिया मैं 17 स्टेट घूम चुका हूं इतनी बकवास शराब कभी भी नहीं पी सोचा नहीं गोवा में इतनी ख़राब शराब मिलेगी उसके बाद 3 दिन से यही हूं पर शराब नहीं पी 7 दिन का टूर बना के आया था पर बिना शराब रह नहीं सकता आज जा रहा हू आज तक का जीवन मे सबसे खराब टूर ?? जय श्री राम

The room was in good condition and we had a great time. It's very close to the beach and there's many cafe's around alongwith stores.

The futon bed provided was very hard and couldn't sleep on it.

pool should clean atleast once in a 2days.water becomes dirty in 1day.bcs all are visiters are using

Owner the lady is arrogant,it gives feel like you are staying in strict hostel,Villa's are not cleaned.
