The look. Very tropical.

The staff was children (12-16) and they make them sleep on the floor of the reception office and dining room. No one helps you. They don't clean the room. Breakfast starts at 830, takes forever. Hotel taxi service is very expensive. Food not as advert

Staff was great, helped me plan day trips and was able to get me a scooter effortlessly. The restaurant on the beach was fantastic, they were extremely accommodating me with my food allergies. Great value for the quality and taste.

First night I did not have a top sheet on the bed and their were never any beach towels available. Seemed like they had a problem with laundry.

Located at Morjim beach with private access to the beach, big cottages with lot of greenery.

Was fed stale burger at breakfast, they changed it from the menu which stated poi burger initially to dump that food to customers, I had very bad food poisoning after that for 3 4 days, Thanks to the burger, even though i ate 1/3rd of it feeling something wrong about it. This things doesn't go well with hotels charging this much.

Beautiful location, nice rooms, great restaurant.Definitely one of great places to enjoy your goa vacation.

The location of this resort is right in the beach and an excellent place to spend time at the beach side. Cottages and the whole campus was awesome

Lunch could be better.

The Location ...awesome ?...Better then any 5 star hotel. You feel perfect beach feeling. Cottage inside arrangement is superb. Very maintain and properly organize cottage.Service and Housekeeping Good.

The Jain food Option very less.And Food Is very expensive inside Cottages restaurants.Bathroom Kit not properly available. Only soap and shampoo available.

Bed linens and towels are pretty old.

Location brilliant. Activa or car rentals very close by. Morjim beach, mandrem close by. Ashwen beach at the property itself.

Music sound in the morning. Room service slow but efficient.

1. Breakfast was good. However the choices did not include south Indian or chinese. 2. The deck above the restaurant shack was good. The beach side tables are very good for view.3. I was told the restaurant was recently opened, so it is possible that the menu will have more choices later. 4. WiFi was very good

1. Toiletries were insufficient2. Bathroom geyser has very small capacity3. You cannot shave in the bathroom due to low mirror. You need to go out to bedroom mirror.4. There was no shower cap.

The best thing about this place is the location right on the beach.

The service: we were an hour late to be checked in even though we arrived at the right time and had told the hotel our arrival time.The cleaners had left a half open packet of complimentary shampoo in the shower.Restaurant and common outdoor area was a complete mess one morning with empty alcohol bottles, dirty plates and napkins lying everywhere. It took my husband half an hour to find someone to clean it up, with everyone he found saying it was someone else’s responsibility.Bathrooms haven’t been maintained properly and never felt fully clean.New pillow had a brown stain on it.For all those reasons, not worth the money it’s charging.

The room looked beautiful. It's just a minute away from the beach and it's so clean. Loved every minute of my stay.

The service at the restaurant was very slow but having said that the food was really tasty. So the wait was worth it. But they still can improve on the service.

Poor toiletries, AC, intercom, wi-fi not working. Shifted from suite to cottage. Electronic "music" from restaurant till late night. Cockroaches in bathroom which had no window. Had to chase for refund of tariff.

Location is great. Its on the beach. Resort is homely with lot of greenery. Beach side restaurant view is great. For the price the resort is a good choice. Restaurant staff were real nice.

Restaurant could have a better menu. No room service in this hotel. Breakfast buffet was real bad with hardly 3-4 items.. Restaurant was playing some Psychedelic Trance for a sun-downer, while all the guests were families with kids. Nobody liked it and left. It would make sense if the event was planned by looking at the guest list.. No Pool or any activities in the resort.

Beautifully art directed cottages. Serene peaceful setting. Property right at the beach. A recipe for great times!

Few places around were open due to Covid restrictions.

Location and sea side restaurant

Breakfast was pathetic. Never served in time and staff was untrained even to handle guest of 15-20 people . Room alloted to us L4 was in bad shape . Bathroom tiles were broken . Even room flooring tiles were broken . Location is good but overall property is not well managed specially restaurant and breakfast

They were not serving food in the room and did not have any explanation for that! 10k per night seemed pretty costly.

The towels are really bad and need to be changed immediately. We went for a 1 hour spa and then spent the next 30 minutes cleaning the towel fibre residue off of our faces and rest of the body.
