Room smelled like mold and proximity to water meant bugs were an issue

Checked out a day earlier because of the horrible experience of the stay, Rude staff, unclean rooms, overpriced hotel, cheap quality food. Still didn’t get my refund for the one day I checked out earlier.

The bed was nice and comfy, the rooms were clean daily (loved their housekeeping, always nice and kept the room smelling fresh daily) the property was kept clean daily. The pool was nice with a great view, staff were always present when using the pool. The property restaurant served a variety of food (staff were nice and accommodating). Security guard on the property 24/7 (dayshift and night shift guard were very nice). The property is accessible to plenty attractions, baga beach, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas. Rent a scooter and drive around.

We visited Acron Waterfront Resort in the month of January 2025. It was an exceptional stay.The location of this resort is very near bagha beach.We enjoyed the facilities at the resort.Jaccuzi and pool were very nerve alleviating. Food was very sumptuous and the ambience was marvelous.overall a great stay

Amazing hotel on the edge of the river and close to the beach and main street, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, super clean pool with nice view and good looking garden, very clean and big room with big bathroom, clean bed sheets and towels, nice terrace with pool view and table with chairs, easy check-in and check-out process, helpful staff.

The payment trough Booking was not accepted from the hotel, so we needed to go in person before the reservation get cancelled, but we managed to pay with card on spot and to secure the reservation.

The location on the river was very nice, with the pool area a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were there for the New Year Eve gala, which was excellent, with the food exceptional. We found some nice places to eat along the river and the beach area was nice to visit in the day, but too busy for us at night.We were very well looked after by Lalita and her team, all we saw was smiles and great service. An unsung hero was Rajesh Kumar who was the pool attendant for the whole week we were there. Even before we had thought about or asked the question, Rajesh was already delivering the answer. His level of service was perfect in every aspect. This was our first time in Goa and look forward to exploring more.

Very well maintained property. Also very well behaved staff i.e. everyone from cafe staff to housekeeper to swimming pool caretaker etc.

Just the mattress in the room was not at all comfortable. Got little back pain now.

gym was not on the premises. but in a different premise close by

Location is near by Baga beach ..hotels staff specially Mukesh is very nice and helpful ..rooms are spacious clean and well maintained ..good breakfast ..

Acron group never dissapoints us, Always the best. I only stay in Acron in Goa

Food is quite good. The prices are decent enough. Washrooms are beyond the expectations

Very good location for relaxed retreat from busy towns of Baga, Calangute and Anjuna.Most of the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rouland Fernandes.Gautum Jena from the housekeeping team was also excellent.

The service and general experience from the booking team, reception staff and manager was very disappointing and did not create a very good first impression.

Only pool

Although booked in the month of May, they gave room above restaurant which didn't have any view although a request was made to provide lower rooms

Nice facilities, clean and functional. The guy who stands at the gate was also great - always very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The new years gala dinner was also very nice.

Very poor service from staff. While they were always friendly, when you would ask for something e.g. water or toilet paper they would say yes of course and then simply not bring it. Many times I had to ask 3 or 4 times before looking for a cleaners cart and simply getting it myself. This is particularly frustrating because upon check out it turned out that if the water was delivered to the room it would’ve been free, however because I had to go to the restaurant to get it myself, I was now charged per bottle. The restaurant service was also extremely slow, we waited over an hour for a few sandwiches and again, had to ask many times. Finally, there were 3 of us staying in the room, but we were only allowed one room key for some reason. We were told to go to reception to ask to be let in, should we split up. This doesn’t make sense, just give more keys. While the resort facilities are fine and the staff are polite, for the price the service should be better.

Breakfast - very very limited option, taste very bad,Taste needs to be worked on for any food you order. Beach - not walkable distance

There is NO WELCOME DRINKS and no one given induction of room .

Worst experience.

Horrible experience, the staff were rude and even after booking the room and got confirmed they started saying at the check-in time that booking was not confirmed and they said tax wasn't included in the booking amount and made us wait for longtime for check-in. Breakfast was very average and no varieties I asked for 10 more mins extra for check out as we had baby but they denied it rudely and after souch of discussion they finally agreed. Especially the reception staff were very harsh and arrogant. It's not at all worth the amount we paid as the rooms did not meet the expectation I mean it's not worth the pricing we paid. I would surely not recommend this hotel
