Staff - Atiq and Maya were very helpful, warm and welcoming.Location - very close to the beach (2 mins walk) and also to the main road with supermarket and shops at a stone's throw distance.

Breakfast options can be better.Room cleaning / housekeeping can be improvised.

Good location, big room size!

Lack of kids play options, pool is not kids friendly. Good restaurant service and staff. It’s pricing for the overall experience.

Location was good. Food options near by are plenty. Beaches are near by. Spacious room.

Food is average. Breakfast included, you will be bored on 2nd day itself. Stayed 3days, 1 full night AC stopped working but couldn't resolve at night. Good room service during the day, evening or late evening you need something then staff is not good enough to solve things or reluctant to do things.

Not happy overall service.

When I checked in room which was allocated, they have one PSU socket could not charge multiple devices.They provided extension box which didn’t support devices. AC was cutting out often. When asked for different room was refused mentioned all occupied. However rooms were available.

I think the staff made all the difference. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and that too in a natural way :).We reached really late for check-in so still we managed to get lunch which was very comforting after a long drive to Goa.All the staff from reception to restaurant ( Kamal) were very welcoming.The room which we took was large with a seperate living area which was great.

Everything was great.

I was stay 4 night , including Breakfast and dinner package during booking , staff is very supportive , very clean and neat , food was excellent for Breakfast and dinner package, specially prawns fry. Behind gate direct entry to sea beach , family suit with balcony is recommended and swimming tank is also clean and neat, I will stay agin in next coming year.

Lovely hotel- room was a bit dated (think we got the old room) AC was very noisy.Pool, staff, breakfast all brilliant would definitely recommend

The hotel was clean and exceptionally well maintained, the gardeners worked daily to make the gardens beautiful. The staff were so friendly and polite. It was a short walk to the beach just as shown but also close enough to the restaurant and bars but far enough to not hear the noise.

We have no complaints about anything.

The full place is amazing. I think the room descriptions under sell. We had a family suite. 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Massive living room and balcony. Great location. Can’t beat the full experience.

The rooms are dated and the sea view isn’t as close as they state. I booked it for my mum who couldn’t walk nor see the beach from her room

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean, and the pool was ideal. Probably one of the best locations in Candolim!

The villa had a full kitchen and cooker, but with no utensils provided, it was not possible to use it.

The pool, rooms of good standard, well kept gardens, location good. Most staff very friendly.

Staff often got confused with orders, billing lacked transparency, breakfast very basic. Some faults in rooms, e.g air conditioning out of action one day, not enough clean pool towels,

The location and beautiful gardens.

No room without a balcony isn’t worth having or the cost of staying in a deluxe room. It certainly wasn’t deluxe. Big laugh where were the slippers and dressing gown.You’d be lucky to have four coat hangers.Not that we used them anyway but if you went past your two a day ration of teabags in your room you’d have to pay for them. That was so so petty.The rooms overlooking garden as sold to us, overlooking an alley with shacks. The first room offered to us was 202 and should be condemned. It reeked of damp and the wardrobe and doors were really fousty making clothes stink.It was unhealthy. We stayed one night and demanded a different one. Which in all fairness they did. I didn’t realise when booking it didn’t have a balcony. You can stay anywhere for £30 a night with a room of that caliber such as Ruffles not £77 as in Mandarin.Some staff seemed trained up and others seem to need to be more professional.

A very comfy bed and spacious room (I recommend getting one of the ones with a balcony), ideally located in beautiful gardens, with a very short walk to the beach

I found Candolim itself quite busy and touristy

Nice pool, small walk to the beach, but also close to the street with restaurants.

I’m an early morning person, and breakfast didn’t start until 8am. Dinner didn’t start until 8pm. Our room was at the bottom of the stairs, so we did get quite a bit of noise of people coming and going.

Close to city and close to beach.Friendly and helpful staff.We got really good help with some of our food allergies. The staff took it serious.Nice environment and nice pool.

Low pressure in the shower. We think that this nice place should have a better pressure…We also think that this resort would provide taxi service. Not only give us a phone list…

It would have been nice to have fresh juices / jam and coffee (although you can ask for fresh coffee and it’s provided!)It’s a good choice at the egg station and the masala omelette is great!
