Marbela Beach Resort

It had a good location on the beach. The staff were lovely and tried hard

It was tired and grubby. There was building work and refurbishment going on. The coffee machine as not working so no coffee at breakfast. In the evening there was very loud music playing in the bar until midnight making sleepImpossible

Cleanniness and Hygine to be more concentrated and service level in terms of foods delivery and satisfaction to be more concentreated especially when family is visiting

food service very slow no hot water pool is very small no closed and A/C restaurant

Property location is excellent. Staff is very well mannered and rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is very well maintained and very big.

This property book private parties and for that they denies services to their staying guests. Which is not appropriate. Very limited options for vegetarian food.They need to really work on their food menu.

The resort was not upto the mark, I'll maintained, no water in the wash room, no house cleaning staff, the food was very expensive.

Disappointing

The lady at the reception was very very very rude. She was not at all welcoming plus she was arguing with me on a very stupid thing and at the end when I proved her wrong, she did not even apologise. I have stayed here before as well and I love this property but just because of her it was a very poor experience this time.

Great location, good food and caring staff.Allowed us late checkout and were really sorry for all the problems we were facing this time. Special mention to Namrata,Ashit and Cassiano.Very good staff but the resort does have some problems which they need to look into immediately.

AC not working, mini pool -not clean so could not use it, too many very scary dogs on the beach(no guard to help),and most of all no water in the shower

Very disappointing

The rooms were not clean, the sheets were not clean neither were the bathrooms that clean. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 dead one in the room too. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Bfast was good, location was superb, good music, lovely gazebos

It's on the beach.

We booked for three days but checked out after one day. The bathroom had cockroaches. The rooms were dirty and old. They looked nothing like the pictures. We upgraded rooms but the luxury tent was also in the same condition.When we checked out they mentioned that they might refund for the two days that we did not stay. We tried calling back multiple times. Spoke to different staff members everytime. Everytime we were told that they will call back. They did not. And finally after a month they said that refund won't be possible. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Only the location

Staff was not hospitable. Rooms were not clean and are not maintained at all. Ice started falling from our ac showing they do not maintain the hotel at all.At night the was some party which went on till 4 pm and was very loud . I feel its the resorts responsibility to inform guests that they have an event or public party

Good location, beach side property

poorly managed, no cleaning of rooms and washroom. Very unhygienic, full of mosquitoes. I will not recommend this property to anyone, in this price lot of good options are easily available.People were in a line for breakfast but they were not able to manage it.
