Location free parking good size room

Paid for a deluxe room then put into a standard room after complaining then transferred also 3 rd floor no lift to many stairs for not so young person Bathroom included many extra razor toothbrushes shampoo soap sponge but lacked the basic toilet paper

The location was good.

1. No WiFi connection for the whole trip.2. They put someone else's food and drinks bill in our room bill at checkout.3. Spend 30 minutes at checkout waiting for them to sort out the final bill.4. Had booked a premium room but had given us a basic room after showing them what we had booked and how much we paid they gave us the correct room.5. No hot water 24/7

Nice ambience, room was good enough. Washrooms are clean. Mainly staff is cooperative. At closing times also they provided me food.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping and other services were good.

Initially we booked the deluxe room and were not happy. The rooms could be better maintained but when we asked for an upgrade, we were given an executive room the following day and then the stay was much better.

Standard rooms are not even cleaned. They were stinking with smoke smell. we upgraded the rooms to premium which were okay. Food was not that good either.

Your website is charging more money den 25 percent actual amount which is not at all worth.. the rooms are so untidy everything's are broken and ac does not work upto the capacity my holiday has been ruined .

It is in good location. Near to beach road . Every staff members are good. Clean and good Swimming pool

Lift is not there but it is manageable and the food was not testy and too costly

No complimentary breakfast.. No complementary water.. only you get is the room and on the 1st day you will get water bottles..

The pictures put on the website are opposite of the real pics, property is not renovated well and looks shabby , the rooms are shabby, some of their staff is horrible , except for Bipin rest all were hopeless and useless and of no help.Raita given with prawns biryani was stale and smelly, the house keeping guy was good who cleaned the room, buy off the room looks shabby wat could he do.horrible property , I hated my stay, I had to forcefully stay for 3days cos my amount was non refundable, hate booking.com for not giving any options to change hotels if needed.parking was an issue.

Power cut, no cleaning by the staff, room rent doesn't value money, no spacious, no facilities like swimming pool, no garden area, no area to chill outside the room , overall not up to the mark

TicloResort definitely need renovation the rooms are same for the last 15 years Ni changes at all. Rooms need alterations and modifications otherwise Ticklo Resort will loose businessMy sincerest advice that they should modify all their rooms
