VERY NICE LARGE ROOM, NICE, POOL AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH LOTS OF VARIETY.

Only the location of the hotel was good

Lobby and the Room which was allotted was stinking of drainage which was unbearable, had to call room service frequently in order to spray the room freshener regularly inside the room, the timings of breakfast is just 2 hrs which is very less. Not worth the money

Miscommunication by syagg

I had booked a room with breakfast but at the time of checkin I was told by the reception staff Ms Edit that the breakfast was not part of the package. Therefore, I ended up having breakfast outside on both the days of my stay. On questioning them about this miscommunication during checkout, I was asked to call the manager Melvin who hasn't responded yet. It's been 2 days now. I hope to get a refund for the 2 days of breakfast that I paid for while booking.

only location is good ..swimming pool water was very bed ..it seems they don’t change water for 2-3 month .room was not so big it was not worth paying so much .

Breakfast was average not really worth money we spend

Dinner and lunch are not upto the mark.Food caused stomach upset for entire family.Moreover, we have been charged half day charges for 4 hour extension and for additional 2 hr extension I have been asked to pay full day charges..I found this not acceptable.

Great ambience inside the hotel premises. Great food in the restaurant and a quick room service.

No Goan breakfast served in the buffet. No Gian food options in the vegetarian Menu.

Break fast was very good and tasty.Rooms were very confortable.Pool was clean.

Requested for extra bed but asked for extra charge.Tariff was too high compared to other hotels, but had to book at last minute plan change.

The location was good and it's in peaceful area which has a dedicated parking.

The space in the bathroom is very less. The design is so bad that you'll feel discomfort in the bathroom even to wash your legs. If you have a infant kids then you'll have hard time bathing them

Overall got degraded post COVID. Clearly see impact on amenities and facilities. Staff was not much motivated either. Many guests did not follow pool instructions and hotel did not bother to act. No life guard. Pool bar closed. They used to organize events for guests- nothing this time. Food quality dropped as well. Overall felt disappointed as I always used to stay here but not anymore.

The property was good, clean and maintained. The housekeeping, restaurant staff, bell boys, guards, they were all amazing, very sweet and welcoming. Housekeeping was the best and very quick to respond to any request.

The location of the room as it was mentioned we have a balcony/ patio with a view but there was a house right opposite and had no privacy. Also the reception staff were rude and not welcoming at all, they didn’t care about the customer experience. As we entered the hotel the first impression that we got was really bad because of the reception staff one of them is Alisha and the manager was also very rude looked like they are giving us a free stay and they are not at all happy that we went there. They were least bothered about the guests and looked like they were not happy with their job.

Nothing else was worth the time or the money spent. Cleanliness standards were below average. The staff was rude and non cooperative, breakfast was tasteless and the description of the room given in booking.com is incorrect. It was an unpleasant rip off. Every common space, including common washrooms stank. And the staff, when informed, cldnt care less! It was a nightmare. We were made to prepay and so had to live thru the mess, it has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in till date.

Think twice before booking a room here because of misleading informations provided online. Staff uncooperative.

We had booked room with a bathtub a month ago. When we went to the hotel, they allotted a non-bathtub room. We told the lady receptionist that we booked bathtub room but she rudely told she wont give any bathtub room as we don’t have any bathtub room available. We said we booked and had confirmed with the receptionist but upon calling the staff the girl refused that she ever said about the bathtub. We asked for refund but they even refused to do that. After waiting for 4 hours in the lobby, one guest check out and they cleaned the room and gave us that one, else we either would have gotten no refund NOR the room we paid for.

Breakfast was chargeable but good. The layout was great. The dining hall is roomy and nice. The open kitchen and live counters add to the charm.

Its located in small & narrow lanes away from the main road. A big hotel cramped in a small property.

Location is better as it’s near to multiple beaches in north Goa.

Rooms are not lively. No Lunch and dinner facility after 10 PM. Hotel even asked for Aadhar number of Kids. Staff could not convinced us the rationale behind it.
