sorry to say this hotel has lots of room but all rooms are very dirty and smelly, some times insect like centipede comes in room. They mentioned they have GYM And SPA but both are not operational from long time. same with Swiming pool they don't provided Towels and room towels are smelly. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days all days food quality are not good.

It is not same as shown in the website it doesn’t have lift also there are no luggage boy

No lift and the staff are rude they are forcing us to give five star rating at the time of checkout

Buffet breakfast was good but it was crowded in around 7;30 am. A bit far from beach, you need a bike or car to go nearby beach which take 15 minutes. Value for money otherwise.

Big spacious room. But online price was higher and direct booking at hotel was cheaper. However it is old hotel . Standard room are not that good . Premium rooms are good

Furniture are old need renovation. Checkin is given at 2 pm only . So you have to wait . Major tourist attractions are near by not you will require a scooty

No Lift (lots and lots of walking required as it’s a huge property).Rooms size is huge but the air conditioning is window in majority of the rooms with no remote (you have to always manually set the temperature).Mattress are not that cozy (mostly tough which doesn’t give you a feel of staying in a resort/hotel).You have to bring your own toiletries (they only provide a soap). Shampoo and Shower gel are pre installed in the shower area.TV remote doesn’t work (you have to manually operate).

the big advantage is that the stuff are all nice, from the manager till bell boy. I would like to mention Mandy”s name and the house keeping person, Abdul and the ladies from the reception. In one word the smile and the kindness of the stuff made my stay tolerable.

it was clearly mentioned that higher flours has not access by elevators, because there was no elevators at all, the rooms are out of internet coverage. whereas in balcony you can connect easily. the breakfast is mostly Indian type.

They didn't have refrigerator in room, it's a very common thing in hotel we got difficult to manage drinks.

Property is in excellent location and have got a bird eye view from the top

Checkin wasn't smooth initially and was accomodated elsewhere due to room maintenance however was checked in on next day

The reception is very poor -1. They made me stand for atleast 30 min. to complete formalities like sending id's n address proofs for each guest. If it's mandatory they should have told in advance and I would have shared via email or what's app2. They don't offer few rooms which are vacant and forced to take cornered rooms with the only choice of floor either 1st or 2nd.3. Another shock to us is they asked us to pay all amount upfront at the time of checking-in. Atleast a prior notice should have been helped.

Breakfast not upto the standards. Hygeine issues. Requires cleanliness and basic courtesy of serving food. Staff responds after repeating things.
