only location and easy access is key point for the Hotel

Checkin time is non convenient and on top of it early checkin charges.

I didn’t get a chance to stay at the property because though I was holding a valid booking the hotel canceled my booking without informing me.

The location.

The property is very run down and the staff lack proper training and motivation.

Breakfast was fine and the staff also quite efficient .

The front office lady staff was kind of rude. We asked for a n extra mattress for our 12 yr old child, she said they can not provide it. The bathroom shower area was clogged up always. The door key was not working and we had to wait a long time to get it fixed . The price of the room was very high like 9000 Rs for a night with very less facilities. We had a much comfortable in another property in Goa for 4 nights fir 5000 Rs per night .

Value for money, centrally located with easy access to a big shopping center and the Fontainhas area. Polite and friendly staff.

The entire hotel - lobby, corridor, lifts - always smelt of food. Unfortunately the way their restaurant is designed means that there is always the smell of food lingering in the air. Also my room had a damp smell when I first arrived.

The hotel location was decent, it was on outskirts of city center. Hotel breakfast was nice. Facility was clean, nice gym.

I didn't like the size of the room, it was small and felt claustrophobic. The windows could not be opened, the AC just kept on running. The price for foreigners is double the price of Indian nationals and its openly advertised.

Some problem in bathroom, positioning of shower tap is not correct. Room no 306

The cleanliness both in the room and the hotel was very disappointing despite raising the concern no fixes were done

Neat and clean . Quickly addressing customer concern and cooperative.

Only the location

I had a bruise due to a slip. Called the reception for a band-aid. The receptionist they do not keep it. I was shocked because all hotels have a first-aid box. Anyways, she was not willing to help. I asked her if she could help me with a runner to whom I could pay and get a band-aid. She even denied that. Then after half an hour, I asked for a waterbottle. They didn't send it for about 40 minutes. I called again, abd then the water arrived after nearly 45 minutes. All this is on record.

Staff not resolve any issues during stay

We had mosquito in room and even information given to concern people but no one taken care Also wi fi issue is not resolve

Nice experience at Ginger Panjim especially by front office team member Sanjana who helped me with early check in. Great ambience and cooperative staff. Enjoying my stay here.

Wifi connection was bad, never received during my two nights stay

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Everything. Everything was just horrible. I messaged them about early check-in got a response post my checkout. I paid 4k for 7m sq room guess I'm the stupid one here. I believe ginger is one of those hotels where you should not pay out of your pocket and stay but let your company do that instead if on business trips otherwise Panjim is small, go for better places like perhaps blu missel. Cheap and amazing view and huge space with breakfast. Otherwise add another 2k and go for other 4-5star hotels. Worth it. Sadly I didn't take any pictures to share, but it was terrible.

The service and the staff was amazing. As I had baby boy with me, The staff was friendly and helped him to make a home like environment away from home. That's what I like the most. The swing sitting was the unique sitting in the dining area. Wonderful vegetarian food accompanied with fruits, juices and what not

Location was excellent .Taxis available outside if needed

The Hotel is looking a little tired .The public spaces could be refreshed .and deep cleaned

Many staff looked a bit unhappy. Restaurant menu very limited, no bar service. Rooms are tiny, ok for single occupancy but small even for a couple

I had a disappointing stay. The room was not clean, with visible dust everywhere. The reception staff were arrogant and unhelpful. Additionally, the food options were very limited, especially considering I had a half-board package. Overall, it was not worth the money.

If there is a balcony it would have been better and price is bit high
