Well-maintained resort with friendly and attentive staff. Two nice and easily accessible pool areas are available for guests to enjoy even after check-out - one located near the restaurant and the other closer to the bungalows. Despite the hotel being fully booked, mainly with Indian guests, the pool areas were not at all crowded. My impression is that sunbathing by the pool is more of a European habit.The breakfast was excellent, offering European options like toast and omelets alongside Indian culinary delights, which are truly an adventure for food lovers to explore.The location is great, close to both the beaches and Chapora Fort, which is definitely worth a visit.Thanks to Leoney Resort, my first acquaintance with India was a success. A big thank you to all of you!

The resort requires pre-payment, does not accept cards, and money transfers from Sweden are not possible due to money laundering regulations. This made payment a bit of a hassle, but it was resolved by bringing the required amount in cash. I recommend that the resort reconsider its payment policy. Finally, it’s worth noting that Vagator is a party destination for youngsters and EDM lovers, meaning there is a lot of noise. If you are sensitive to this, bringing a pair of noise-canceling earbuds or headphones is recommended.

Good location. Good Pool and looks asthetic.

There are many problems in the hotel. Initially the room given to use was fine but on the second day the door lock stopped working and it wasn’t opening. We called the staff and they opened the door with the master key that day. But no fix was done for the lock or no new keys were given. The same incident happened the next day as well and they again opened the room again with the master key. We asked for a room change as the lock was not fixed and we cannot call them each time to open the room. The staff first accepted the room move later when we took our bags at the reception they denied the room move saying we do not have any rooms. We didn’t go back as they were not fixing the lock. Ultimately we got a room move. The new room had a functioning door lock but the shower did not have hot water, it also had very less water pressure all the holes were blocked due to which the shower did not make any sense. The intercom was dead we asked them to fix it but the did not follow up ok fixing it. I ignored it as I had to check out the next day . For any request I had to call the hotel’s number through my Mobile. Mineral water was requested but they did not sent the water at all. They do not answer calls immediately need to call 2-3 times for a request. I paid Rs. 8,000 per night this does not give any justice to the amount I have paid the service was nowhere close to the amount paid.At the time of check out we were unable to get a car for the airport so we requested the reception to book a car for us, the rates were very high from the resorts side but still I accepted it. In just another minute the cab got booked. Within 2 minutes I asked them to cancel the cab but the lady at the reception denied the same and said they would charge me the full amount and the car was 40 minutes away. I spoke to the driver directly and cancelled the cab as it was booked just 2 minutes ago and the driver agreed.

The service was very very poor. We ordered tea in the room and the kettle in which it was served had so many worms, also the bread we ordered had red antsThere is no wifi provided in the roomThe restaurant had no food options available at all during lunch hours. When we ordered food from outside , they were not even to give us cutlery to eat. After so many requests they gave unclean plates.The breakfast orders were taking too long and they were serving wrong orders to the guests People have to keep on asking to refill breakfast options. Such a horrible service The receptionist was very blunt and was not able to address our issues properly. They were not ready to call their manager to take our concerns

Everything was great. Walking distance to the beach, a good flea market and some good restaurants and bar to hang around. Rooms, pool and property are very clean and well maintained and staffed. AC's worked perfectly. Loved the pool and being able to lounge around without too many people. The complementary breakfast was great (if you do not mind savoury food for breakfast).

There is construction happening right behind the resort. Check if it is finished, and if you room is close to the construction. Wish I had been informed about it. Paying from abroad with a foreign currency was also a hassle and had to pay extra for conversion rate confusions and such.

Didnt have any TV connection, even after informing staff thrice. Clean overall but the floors were crawling with ants. And if you're room is right by the pool, expect loud music during the day.

The resort is beautifully maintained in the outside areas.

The staff was just stearing at us like aliens, not offering any service. The room is dirty and the bed was really disgusting with yellow stains on the sheets and matrass. The small fridge was really dirty as well. On the breakfast it was none western option, just curries. The coffee was extremly bad. We both got food poisining the day after and are sure it was from the breakfast at Leoney. The place looks so nice on the pictures, and from the outside when we arrived. But behind the perfect outside the inside is just awful. We left after one night even if we had booked and paid for three nights.

Safety wise hotel was good. Staff was very friendly and humble, morning breakfast was awesome and also restaurant food was tasty. Pool was very clean and maintained well. Lawn area was also maintained very well. Location is very calm and quiet like south Goa.

The thing I did not like was the way the rooms were maintained. The outside area is maintained well and the same could be done for rooms also. Furniture in the room are not maintained well. Room was smelling when I checked in. No blackout curtains in the room. It would be better if they provide packaged drinking water in the room instead of glass water bottle. I would conclude that the room need a major renovation.

the rooms were not even cleaned after staying for 4 nights. the beds are small. front office staff were very rude in talking with their own guests.

The location was good everything was near by.

The deluxe room where very small....it does not look like shown in photos, the reception person was not at all cooperative...it is not at all worth the price.

need to improve a lot lot lot on their breakfast spread and quality. there are other hotels at same cost and even much reasonably priced with better facilities and food.

Nothing at all as the good things if they were, were overshadowed by the utter mismanagement and lack of accountability by the staff.

1. There is no Wi-Fi.. they would say it works outside your rooms.. but what is the point? I am paying for my room and I do not wish to come out of my room every time I have to open Instagram or talk over the phone ( phone network is bad too).2. The water kettle was not working and when asked the staff simply said it worked before.3. The phone in the room was not working and I was given a mobile number to call if I need anything from housekeeping or reception which in turn was a hassle again due to point 1.4. They charge you a very hefty amount for a property which is so mid when it comes to location or the amenities.

The booking process was very complicated. First, I booked through Booking.Com which was my mistake. There is no way to contact Booking.com customer care. I guess this is virtual company managed by bots only. No person to contact or speak to if any queries or concerns.Second, the room was booked for 3 adult and 1 child. Confirmation from Booking.Com was exact but from resort, it was different.Third, the payment qr is sent by resort and no confirmation by resort after multiple follow ups about payment confirmation.Forth, the staff at the resort was very rude and not co-operative at all. The way they speak to guest and customer was not pleasant at all. Specially the manager at the restaurant.No ventilation to the bathroom and no exhaust fan.
