Breakfast was delicious. Service was good.

The property is not age-friendly as it has many stairs, which made it difficult for my parents to climb. In addition, the trail to the beach was uneven and quite hard to walk on, making it challenging for older adults.

Place is close to the beach and the staff was very helpful.

Place is a little bit tired rooms could do with a lick of paint but its india. New club opening on the beach right out front on the beach the noise will be a nightmare when its open fully also club next door that plays techno till 10 a.m in the morning Friday, Saturday, Sunday just be awear when booking

Whole place is huge and they have good staff. However, the maintenance and upkeep of the property is not good and it is quite pricey in terms of the comfort that it offers. Breakfast is also quite bare bones and should be avoided if one can. It looks like that the management is either not interested or does not have enough funds to maintain the property as well. In short, it has good bones to make it a formidable place but (which is a big one), I would not recommend it to family and friends.

The Location is the only good thing about this property. The managers were helpful.

It is very poorly maintained the bathrooms the tiles all of that is dilapidated and there are a lot of insects around. They do not have an intercom and you have to keep looking for staff. The pool was not clean at all or maintained in spite of us going in full season. The breakfast is below average & the service at the restaurant is pathetic.

No hospitality, room does not have basic items like water, intercom etc.. if you request multiple time they may give some time water. in future will never think about this property

Individual house with pool view, very spacious room and bathroom and tasty breakfast. Also, they offer airpor transfer at an affordable price.

No hot water (only warm) and located next to a beach that people say is poluted.

The location was excellent ?. The beach is just a 2 mins walk from the property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. We had a great time and will visit again.

The pillows were a bit sloshy and the housekeeping should improve specially the cleaning of Bathrooms. The switches need to be fixed as there were no regulators to increase or decrease the can speed. All were either broken or not working.The breakfast was decent and the staff was excellent

DO NOT STAY HERE - most of the rooms back on to 9 bar beach club, which plays music VERY loud until 4am.

Unfortunately the neighbours at bar 9 have an all night party that is so loud the building shakes and lasts until 06.00

property is good, pool is accessible to everyone. beach is just a min walk from the property

breakfast did not have more options, for the amount paid english breakfast should also be available

Rats in the room , ate my chocolate and fruits.

Service and cleanliness

Location

The 3 BHK villa should have been the best location in the property, but it was tucked away. Sea view was partial only from the living room of the villa. Actually, it wasn't a villa but like an apartment. Staff were friendly and very prompt. Food was average but homemade types .

i would like to say that booking.con should give fair picture and opinion of the property coz v see pictures and then decide. I would say hotel staff was very cooperative and humble I would blame booking.com for fraud pictures showing excellent pictures I was not happy with property

The menu for lunch and dinner was good. Breakfast service could be much better. There was no menu nor was it buffet style. What the waiter rattled off was limited. The beach view was good

The way to the beach was dangerous and dirty, once one was outside the back gate. May be steps lead into the beach would be safer or even having a proper path.

I liked the easy beach access and the staff hospitality. Sameer attended to is for room service it was impeccable. He was friendly and cordial, informative and tended to our needs no matter how many times we called for room service. He was excellent! Even the other staffs at the reception and the girl who initially took us for room tour was very polite, friendly and with a smiling face. thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The facilities could have been better like TV wasn’t working, geyser didn’t work. Also, the beach view as mentioned on booking.com app wasn’t as promised. The room had partial sea view which was little distant as there was another plot in front of our room view. I uploaded a pic of sea view from room balcony which is visible but after much zooming.

garden view from main building can be improved. road to the beach can also be cleaned.
