Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee

An absolutely fantastic stay! Spacious, very comfortable, very well equipped room with nice terrace and an infra-red cabin. Very comfy bed. Very clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Parking spot. And, of course, an absolutely fantastic location!

The hotel location and neighborhood is nice and quiet, spar is approximately 5 minutes walking from the hotel and other supermarket in front of it, The restaurant of the hotel is very nice and delicious, Breakfast is nice everything was parking and the parking was free, Achensee is near from the hotel 7/10 minutes by car, room looks exactly as the pictures and of course the hotel staff are all friendly and helpful.

Everything the give me upgrade to stander room to family room and i found minibar and fan to cool your room and actually was cold weather but they want to make sure everything perfect love it , near the lake and in the front of the hotel was big supermarket

Customer service so bad, need air conditioning we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights as apartment rooftop which heated by the sun all the day and when it comes night time tou feel looks like sona. Moreover if you need any coustomer service you have to took long distance to other hotel located 10 minutes from apartment to asked them for tissue etc..

Amazing everything

The balcony was connected to the neighbors who were smoking like crazy- we had to keep the balcony closed which was a pity

The room was nice and spacious with a view on the town and a bit of Achensee. There also was a big balcony though we weren't able to use it because of the weather. Local pine shampoo and shower gel were provided, as well as a separate tap to fill up glasses and bottles with drinking water.We enjoyed the breakfast - the buffet had everything you can wish for - various sausages, salmon, variety of fruit etc. We could also order omlette or fried eggs.The staff was friendly.

Check out is a bit early but it wasn't a problem for us.

Clean comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. Wonderful and friendly staff at reception and breakfast, free parking, excellent breakfast.The restaurant downstairs very good and reasonably priced.

The hotel was further from the lake than I expected. I do recommend that guests drive further than the first view of the lake to see other parts of the lake and how large this natural beauty is.

Second time we come there, staff pleasant, facilities in really good condition and espectacular breakfast! Also fast charging in the front of hotel, as week a good supermarket and amazing Italian restaurant below.

The staff was super warm and friendly. The highlight for us was that in the room there was a water fountain and we had an infrared cabin. After a long walk sitting in the infrared cabin was everything we needed

the room had a bit of old/human smell we assume it comes from the rug. We also tried to open all windows multiple times but the smell did not go away. But all in all it was a great stay and we we will come again

Modern rooms, great mattresses, fresh breakfast, magnificent pizza

We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping.Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes.Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing.Free parking on location

Ski room needs a ski boot rack with heater, to dry the equipment after a day of use.

Maurach is close to Pertisau which is the Eldorado of cross country skiing. You can drive 10 minutes there, take the bus or just ski there. The area is beautiful and the lake add a special touch to the atmosphere.

The apartment was large and very well equipped. Nice view of the lake, proximity to public access to the lake.

The rooms were perfect for families

The mattress was too soft, not so kids friendly as there is no playground or something else to entertain the kids and not only related to the hotel but the restaurant of the hotel and all other restaurants in the area didn’t have a menu in English and the communication in the area is not so easy for tourists.

We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. The infrared cabin was fabulous!
