SH Dolce Mare- All inclusive- Free Beach & Beach Bar

The property was very nice and well situated. It is clean and new. The pool area is beautiful and clean. The staff are polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious! Overall a great trip.

The rooms lacked some basic items like toilet paper holder and the toilet paper rolls were soo small. There was barely any paper on the rolls. It seemed a bit unprepared like it was just recently renovated. The safes are not bolted down so they can be picked up and removed. They missed cleaning the room once but it was addressed and it wasn’t an issue after.

Great food, very clean room, 7 minutes to the private beach. The staff was great and willing to help.

The air conditioning in the room was not working. We had 29 degrees Celsius. Imposibil to sleep. Talk to the reception staff daily, they said they will fix it, but didn’t happened. Spoke to the reception manager and he said it was a problem with that. Having a child , was kind of hard with resting and feeling ok during night time. They don t do refunds, even partially refunds. That’s their policy. They said if we book again with them , they will offer a discount. What if i don’t want to book again with them. Anyway….

The room is really big and it was renovated. The beds are comfy. The restaurant is really nice and the food is good, the people from the restaurant are really fine and always fast to clear the tables. The room hotel was cleaned every day.

The location. It is not next to the sea. The area around the hotel is really crowded, then you have to walk around 10 min to the beach and there are no marks to show you were to go.the pools and the water slides are really small and of course the sunbeds not enough for the capacity of the hotel. The snack part is really a joke and you don't even find it, unless by mistake. The personal from the reception should be instructed to show you the facilities when you arrive at the hotel. After renovation, the hotel needs to be cleaned up very well. I didn't like the fact that i had to ask 3times for covers for my kids. In the room we only had 2 and we were 2 adults +1 older kid +1 kid.

The staff. I remember that in one day my wife was very stick and I took one banana from the restaurant (it was an all inclusive) to the room for her and the guy who was watching, starting to yell at me calling me “thief”. I was absolutely shocked about his reaction. I explained to him that my wife is very sick and she cant go to the restaurant but he was still screening at me like…whatever. -1 for that. However, at that moment i didnt talk to his superior even that i was very angry and he made my trip to be a really bad experience. Really, really bad. I liked the guys from the pool bar however. They we’re very kind and also the ladies who clean the room we’re very nice. If u wanna go to the beach, u have to walk like 7-10 minutes and the beach of this hotel was dirty. A lot of cigarettes and other trash in the sand. It was one of the dirtyest.

The room itself was clean, and comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The cleaning service was excellent, with the staff ensuring my room was spotless and well-kept throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay with access to a private beach!

Room was big enough, as well as the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. The personnel was very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and very varied. The pools were clean. Their private beach was at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We did find unoccupied seats everyday both at the beach and by tbe pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitelly visit again.

That gypsies are allowed dressed in the water, just as in the poor and dirty villages where they come from - Lifeguard was reading a book meanwhile and just 1 security seen, once, in my 4 days stay who went by and pretended to see nothing...disgusting...in consequence, we left with kids and all luggage to the beach ⛱️ ... the photo attached surprised just 1, but there were at least 8, in the other pools....Some of the staff should be trained on how to address to customers, mainly the Restaurant (the big eyed Hostess by entrance, inked on her left upper leg - very unprepared, with a bossy attitude & rude - she must take some classes in addressing to people) and the Reception team ( skinny & not very pretty Receptionist with black wavy and not very clean hair from Thursday, 15th August, morning shift - maybe is not her field if she can't handle pressure, but she can't raise the voice to anyone ever whilst on service and make all kind of faces. All my considerations to the only one with a bow tie on that day; you are a star !! - room 2614)Many thanks to Nick from the snack bar area, to Mitras, Anna and Anton from the Lobby bar, to the Housekeeping teamP.S. different indications given to me and my friends regarding the Hotel's beach location...it took us an hour to find it because we've been given opposite directions. A d when we found it, it was full; the only reaction by the staff there was to lift their shoulders.Overall, someone invested few money in the business, but should invest also in the recruitment or training. Some of your staff will be ruining the business in time.
