Havana Hotel - All Inclusive

The room looked great, with a nice view form an upper floor. The hotel was very clean and on foot you can get to the beach in 10 min. The parking was in the back part of the hotel and safe. The meals where quite tasty and never 100% the same. The pool had most of the times enough space for all. Price/Vale really good

The pool and some of the outside furniture needs a little bit more attention.

Everything was fantastic, from the delicious food to the exceptional staff.​The restaurant's management deserves a special mention for their constant efforts to ensure everything was perfect. The meals were consistently excellent, and the variety was impressive. The staff at the restaurant and the bar were absolutely wonderful—a true delight! Their attentiveness and friendly service made every meal and drink an enjoyable experience.​The hotel was also incredibly clean, and the rooms were charming and well-maintained. It's clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for its guests.​I can't wait to come back!

The only small downsides to my stay were some of the other guests and the pool area. It seemed like there weren't enough sun loungers for everyone, which made finding a spot a constant struggle.

The personnel is nice and quite fast. They’re smiling all the time, that’s nice they can do that. The food was good as well, they upgraded it since i last been there in 2022.

The drainage in the bathroom need a bit more attention

The employees were very kind and always wanted to help.The beach it's at about 10 minutes from the hotel by foot, but there are a lot of stairs and if you will come with a child it's a little bit complicated.The room was cleaned every day. I stayed at the floor 11 and the view was very beautiful

The food wasn't cooked properly always

It was a great holiday. I think it's perfect for a family with children. The food was enough and tasty.The room was clean.The pool was ok, especially for children. The stuff was very efficient. Thank you!

Things were normal.

Location is not near the beach.All inclusive but parking is not included - actually is expensive for 24h.For example I used a parking of a 5star hotel near the beach and it was lower.

The food in the restaurant was not as expected. Additional cost for parking. The additional kids' bed was very uncomfortable

It's ok but not wow

Restaurant : Waiters looking at you like eagles to steal your plate while you eat. I was probably one the most educated guest, only taking small portion of food, while others were gobbling on full plates. Evenso, you are haunted over your shoulders and if you make a talking pause with your dinner partner, your plate is being smuggled. Worst quality of coffee i ever had (it's not even coffee)HOTEL ROOM : Noisy and dirty exhaust fan in the bathroom. No possibility to stop the fan. It works randomlyThe plug on the bathtub does not hold waterThe "massage tub" is rusty. Nothing works on it. BALCONY: The balcony door doesn't close from the outside. If you plan to stay there for a smoke, the smoke goes inside the room. High risk of children falling over. Huge gap from the handrail pillar to the building facade. 'In not way does this hotel deserve a 4 * rating. It must be urgently re-evaluated.

Room comfort

Absolutely avoid this hotel, we had problems with the food, we got food poisoning, the manager is really very arrogant and has no respect for customers, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, very rude staff.

Large room with balcony and sea views.Breakfast was good but no changes of menu throughout the week we stayed.Hotel in very good location for beach and good restaurants and very good value for money

None of the staff spoke English which was an issue at times.Coffee machines turned off at 10pm and with no coffee facilities in room this was a bit annoying.Balcony lights turned off automatically at 11pm

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking cost was 15 leva per day and the distance from the hotel to the beach was 10 minutes of walking, not as far as the others said. Very convenient for the price! Definitely recommend to others!

The food was very good, only the breakfast was almost the same every morning but after a week at the hotel we still had many things to eat in the morning so for us it wasn’t a probleme, but lunch and dinner were excellent!

Smell of sewage in bathroom sometimes and wather wasn't warm enough. The gym is good equipped , but part of the equipment doesn't work. There's no internet and television in the gym. A massag's quality was not good.

This was the second time we visited Golden Sands and chose Hotel Havana. The room was great with a fantastic view over the resort and the Black Sea. Spacious, clean and overall good, with room cleaning every day. The food was also great, with different things to chose from every day. The staff was very nice, polite and friendly throughout our 8 days stay.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel, we enjoyed every day of our stay here.

Had a big pool & the hotel was clean. The guy at the front desk was helpful if you had any queries. The location was central to get around, to the beach etc. Most of the staff were friendly & they serve a selection of drinks until 10pm. I think for the price it was reasonable & we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. (Lunch was much better) although our room was clean, there were a few stains on the carpet & ceiling which should have been removed.
