The green in the location. Only 5 minutes to the beach. The food was tasty.

The mattress was dirty, the sheets on the mattress was to small, in the bathroom we didn't had shower curtain, the fridge was old, dirty and didn't worked. Many employees don't speak very good english and they always in a hurry, especially those from the bar and many times they messed up my order.

Dirty.. very very dirty.. absolute filth. The room, the common area, the dining area, the tables.. all miserably filthy.the bathroom was a disgust-floor flooded, the shower fixtures horrible, the 'clean towels' already dirty. Stay away

I was surprised to see that the hotel was renovated, the location is very close to the beach, rooms are clean, food was not a big variety but it was good, it is an very peaceful and relaxing location , the receptionist was very kind , the staff at the restaurant is kind and refilled everything as fast as possible

The younger barman was very rude, he gets mad if you don’t understand his language , he yelled at me for asking for coke(told me to leave him alone ).the older barman gives alcohol to my 9 year old child, he asked for an non-alcoholic cocktail (with juice) and he put vodka right in front of me (his mother). The bar starts at 10:00AM and ends at 21:00 PM, everything else you have to buy. The pool closes at 17:00 PM

The hotel was close to the sea.

The hotel area is very dirty. A very big disadvantage is that then use plastic cups for drinks in the hotel. I don't want to imagine how many of them they throw away a day. The restaurant was dirty, there was a lot of dust.Towels had not been changed in the room for five days and toilet paper had not been delivered.

Parking place - full and chaos; The alley for the pedestrians to the sea side is a street for cars, no sidewalks.

Very uncomfortable and cheap beds, everything is low cost and old. The floor was dirty with sand from the previous guests. The housekeeping is very low level. The hotel is in very nice location but its not worth it to have back pain after the "holiday".

Small parking, I didn't have space for parking, and the cleaning woman didn't come at least once to change the lien or wash the floor.

All rooms have air conditioning and minifridge.The pool is clean and decently sized , but closes at 5 pm (seems to be the norm in that area).Plenty of shade in the garden.

Cleanliness was not their strong point , they seem to focus more on adding chemicals to the pool everyday (that is normal) than cleaning the spiderwebs and glasses from your room before your stay. This specific room had a nasty stain on the wall and the AC looked absolutely disgusting.The wifi is absolutely useless (no signal at all) unless you are at the reception hall or some areas of the garden.All bathrooms have issues with ventilation, they have a persistent unpleasant smell and quite a bit of mold.The coffee at the bar is disappointing, it's really small and served in a foam container. They tax the same amount for milk in coffe as for the coffe itself. A vending machine would do a better job, and probably cheaper. Parking was a nightmare, they confirmed a few days prior to arrival that they reserved parking spots. I don't mind the fact that parking is a bit of a walk away from the hotel, but that we had to have a back and forth with their parking contractors for more than an hour to actually let us park there. Instead of just directly contacting them they just told us to insist to park there, so after being refused 5 times (5 tripts to the hotel and back to the parking lot) they finally called them and it was fine, but why did I have to go through the hassle of finding a parking spot and insisting to be let in the parking lot when I was assured there will be one?

Very nice and green interior garden, nice place to drink the morning coffee.

First of all how the property/rooms look on the site are definitely different than in reality. Not necssarily a problem given the price of the room but it will be great to see exactly what you will get. Second - cleaning/ smell of the room. They should clean the room instead of covering the smell with room air freshener (bubble gum smell i.e). The air was not breathable.On our 3rd day we received new towles but one of them was full of stains. No parking places. Our car was picked up and we tried to get help from the hotel stuff. No help received! Another problem was the fact that the staff did not speak english .. but even if it was hard to understand each other, the staff was not hospitable at all.

The location is perfect, surrounded by greenery and near the beach.

The main and only issue was the cleanliness!!!!! We have informed the property, but nothing was changed. The cleaning ladies only changed the sheets and that was it: no vacuum, no wash up, nothing... basically the rooms remained as dirty as they were initially. I've travelled with a group and we all assumed that we'll not have something luxurious, taking into account that is a 3* property, however, the cleanliness is simply missing and that's disturbing and dissappointing!

- Great location, very close to the Golden Sands beach (cca 5 minutes walk) as well as Riviera beach (also 5 minutes, much less crowded)- After reading other reviews we were scared as people wrote that beds were really uncomfortable, that rooms were really dated and old.. however, our room exceeded the expectations as it was quite modern (simple, but nice) and matrasses were new, so the beds were comfy- Personnel was nice, especially the always smiling cleaning lady who cleaned the room regularly (even mopped the floor)- We had a balcony which was useful to dry our towels and swimming suits - Nice garden area with good wifi, bar, trees and shadow - Big pool was a plus- Good value for money

- Terrible smell in the bathroom- Wifi not working in our room, only in the reception/garden/pool area- We run out of soap in the middle of our stay and this was not refilled- No A/C in our room, it was not extremely hot during the nights so it wasn't that big of a problem, but would be nice
